Before they moved to the new building the customer service was awesome. I went there about a month ago and the girl in the drive thru was completely rude about not accepting American express. I couldve handed her another card but with her attitude I just left and went to Burger King. Called to order a cake today for Saturday and the girl who answered never gave her name but was completely rude and hung up before I was done asking questions about the cake. Rather go to Burger King or drive out of my way to go to the Somerset DQ. Disappointing.

If I could give this less than one star I would. First time I went my husband and I went to the drive through. They told us "one minute" and continued to talk with the mic on, after about 10 minutes of sitting there we pulled around and my husband went inside to get our order... we decided to give it another chance. NOPE! We waited over 20 minutes, watched everyone behind us yet their food. I went up and asked where my order was and they lost it!! At least I got my $16 dollars back. Wont be giving it another try ever again.

My puppy and I stopped by and I just ordered a large ice cream cone and asked if they had Puppy cups like most DQ do. They said sure so I drive to the pay window and they say $6.37 I say for real you charge for a up cup now that has never happened. WTH its About one half the size of a small Sunday and seriously they charged me the exact same as a large cone. Where did they dream this 3.15 for two ounces of Ice cream. Guess I will get my Ice cream somewhere else and not stop several times a week for food. This DQ sucks

As Stated by another reviewer they were good before they moved. Now for One meal and a cone its $10. It doesnt matter which meal you got with a cone its $10. Over priced and they got my order wrong, I ordered a mushroom burger and got a lettuce tomato and cheese burger. I wasnt out any money as it would have cost the same. I was on my way to work otherwise I would have complained. Go for the ice cream nothing else.

If you order an ice cream cone and anything else be prepared for a melted cone. It appears they make the cone first and let it just sit and melt. Not a one time thing, happens everytime, doesnt matter if its inside service or drive thru.

It took them a little while to get going, but theyre doing much better. Service is good most of the time, some of the staff really goes above and beyond. Thanks for continuing to hand dip those dilly bars!

Best DQ around! The burgers are made to order, so, there is a bit of a wait. However, they taste great! Ive never had a bad experience here. Customer service is great and food tastes wonderful!

Its DQ, so of course it is good, but spineless the blizzards arent mixed very good and the workers dont seem to keep track of the blizzards they make.
