I ordered a blizzard expecting it to be served to me nice and thick (and upside down for minutes a second or two) as advertised on TV. Instead I was served a poorly mixed soupy blizzard that I could suck through a straw. When I asked if they serve thick blizzards that could be turned upside down the server indicated they do not offer those blizzards (ay the Dairy Queen on 36) in Stillwater. This was about 7:00pm on Friday, September 25, 2015. It seemed everybody in the store was new and inexperienced. There was plenty of help, however, most were standing around trying to figure out what they were supposed to be doing. If there was manager or supervisor on site Friday evening, they were not doing their job. The young new employees deserve a better work learning environment. Two thumbs down for the new Dairy Queen on Highway 36 in Stillwater - we (Stillwater) deserve better. I recently went to this Dairy Queen and my friends order was taken and I was standing near her. The guy took her order then walked away without taking my order. I had my wallet out and was waiting to order. What seemed to be a manager took the cash drawer out right in front of us. She said to a gentleman that walked up to the counter "Im sorry we just closed" when I had be standing there and I got in the doors before they closed. Im a previous DQ employee and whenever customers came in before close and they hadnt ordered before we closed, we didnt turn them away. We took their order and didnt say we were closed. Itd be totally different if I had came in after they were closed. Im just frustrated and I hope they are happy that they lost a few sales they wouldve had.

Ordered a hotdog for my child on March 31 at 4:30 pm. We sat down and it arrived 5 minutes later. I put ketchup on it. My child told me the hotdog was cold. I checked and it was about 40 degrees. Came right from the refrigerator. I take it back and the staff member (19 year old female with her dark hair in a bun) gives me a nasty look and said she would make a new one. The SAME hotdog came back with ketchup on it. The bun was super hot. The hotdog was luke-warm. They nuked that hotdog and gave it back. The staff member needs to be fired. Someone needs to monitor kids this age. They hate their job and hate customers. Dont go to this Dairy Queen. The owners are not policing and training the staff.

I guess it could be worse? The owner of this franchised DQ has either decided they want to be as cheap and stingy as possible or that they dont want to train their young employees. One of my several sub par experiences involved a crunch cone. I ordered one from the drive through. By the time I got to the window, the cone was given to me half melted and I could LITERALLY count every piece of the crunch coating on the cone. Ive never had so many issues at any other DQ that I regularly visit. I have given this location plenty of chances, this is not a one time occurrence. Also it appears they have taken down all the negative reviews on their Facebook page, so they know this is happening.

Very incompetent workers. My friend was standing behind me with her wallet and card out and no one asked for her order once. Then the manager just took the drawer out of the register without asking if our order had been taken and they turned away people that were in the store before 9 because they apparently closed at 9. They did not get my order right and the hot desserts were not very warm. Im very displeased with the service at this Dairy Queen, dont think Ill be back anytime soon.

I know this is a franchise location, so I can only assume that the owner is cheap. For once, Id like to get a blizzard with more than just 5 pieces of toppings mixed in. I always have to order extra toppings to get what Id normally get at any other DQ, and sometimes that still doesnt cut it. Its not the employees fault, its whoever is telling them to be as stingy as possible.

Second time of ordering from DQ in the last couple months and again just like last time the order was missing food how do you order a value meal and have the sandwich missing both times and these fast food workers think they deserve 15 dollars an hour I will never eat at DQ again

So unorganized. Last week they were out of peanuts and orange julius. How do you run out of peanuts? This time I waited 18 minutes (yes, I was counting) in the drive thru to get a blizzard and a sundae. And they gave me the wrong blizzard. Will not be back.

New store! I really like this DQ compared to others. Service is always fast and the orders are done correctly. Only downside is the parking lot. Its a one way that offers angle parking. Works for me, however, I can see others getting confused.
