I ordered food from the Raising Dragon. When I got the food my son bit into an eggroll only to find a small piece of metal. Afraid of what might be in the rest of the food my son and my wife wouldnt eat anymore. I called the RD to let them know what had happened.The first person I talked to refused to help - he wouldnt get me new food or refund my money. The manager then got on the line and asked me what my problem was. I told him and he wouldnt help me in anyway. I told him that if he wanted to come to my house I could show him the piece of metal. He did. He said they didnt have any metal like I found in their restaurant and said he thought I was just trying to get free food. (Let me add that my order wa 17.00 not an amount I was worried about.) I just wanted some good customer service or even an apology. I got neither. Instead he took the food back and left. I am just in shock at how badly I was treated. Not to mention my wife and son didnt have any dinner and I needed to order pizza. I would advise anyone reading this not to order food from this establishment.

I worked at this restaurant for 2yrs and in those two years. In those two years i thought that the owners and i had become friends i helped them with numerous personal matters. they are good people but very dirty when it comes to general restaurant hygine and work pratice. The owner smokes and handles dirty money from customers and never washes his hands unless i brought it to his attention. Very surprised that no one has been food poisoned in the past. I have caught the owners picking up food that has fell on the floor and still sale to customers. NEVER EAT THE FRIED RICE, the rice that is used sits out all day with nasty flys crawling on it. Pay attention to the inside of the restaurant their are nasty old fly catchers hanging in the kitchen and the owner refuses to take them down. The corners of the lobby are filled with spider webbs. If most people ordering from this restaurant could see what gos on in the backround they would never eat in this place again.

This is the most awful place I have ever been to. I bought a shrimp Lo-Mein and it had a bug cook inside with the food. The owner was incredibly rude and did not want to refund my money. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Like the person below this guy thought I wanted to get free food which I was not interested in at all. Not even an apology from these people. It is shocking how bad the service is, but the worst part id that it is DANGEROUS to eat there you just dont know what is going to be in your food. I would not advise anyone to order anything from this place.

Rising Dragon definitely has the best Chinese food in Chaska, and possibly the best in the west Metro area. The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, the service is friendly, and the food is delicious. I especially love the crab rangoon here, which seems hard to find in Minnesota. Most Chinese restaurants only have cream cheese wontons, but Rising Dragon has delicious crab rangoon that is really stuffed. Their egg rolls are also outstanding. Whenever we get the craving for Chinese food, we go straight to Rising Dragon.

This is a sad attempt at Chinese food Imo. I bought it for a group of people at an outrageous price reading some of the good reviews from years ago and we were all highly dissapointed. We called and politely complained about the quality and taste of our few dishes and were yelled at by a lady and told we were on the block list. (thats ok lady, I wouldnt come back anyway). Very poor food.

Used to have Rising Dragon delivered all of the time a couple of years ago. It was always pretty good! Weve ordered 3 times so far in 2013 and it has been inedible each time. General chicken chewy. We have given them a few chances in the hopes it was just a bad day. I dont believe thats the case. I dont foresee this place sticking around much longer.

Not very good at all! The food was flavorless. The lunch special comes with fried or white rice but apparently they dont ask which one you want, they choose. I ordered a vegetarian meal, and got fried rice with it. I didnt ask for the fried rice which has pork in it. Blah! Im sure it would taste fine if you are starving.

This is a great Chinese food restaurant. We moved out to Chaska from the SLP area and were a little worried about getting good chinese out this far from the "city." We were very pleasantly surprised by the the Rising Dragon, not oly by the quality of the food, but the prices and the promptness. It is very good.

Ordered 2 meals for delivery. Order arrived in the time frame suggested (30-45 min) and was quite good. Ive herd bad things about this place, but my experience was pretty good. Ill be ordering from them again. Wish they had seating (Take out & Delivery only) because Id eat there more often.

My favorite Chinese food place was down on the U of M campus, however, this is my new favorite! They have a lot of options, and I highly recommend the Orange Chicken, Sweet & Sour Chicken, and Beef & Broccoli!
