Will NEVER go here again. The Chicken Fried Rice was really bad. The chicken was 80% fat, the dish had no flavor at all. Two bites was all it took to go back and ask for a refund. The owner decided to argue with me and told me no refund. I have never been to an establishment where the owner was so rude. I should of known better to try a local place for this type of food, and just stuck with the drive into Rogers for BoBos. Its the best, learned my lesson. Never again.

If youre expecting exceptional Chinese food in Elk River you might want to move. This is the best in town, but its not going to make you melt with how amazing it is. I do like it, I enjoy it, and it satisfys the cravings. Cooked in front of you, and piping hot as you head home. Im actually entertained by the stern straight forward nature of the staff. They make sure I get what I came for. Its worth your time if you have the craving.

I went on line to view the menu & called to order the lobster & crab fried rice (Albertville). The woman yelled & rudely told me I had an old menu. I tried to tell her 3 times it was the menu on their site, but she was too busy yelling about something (I couldt understand her very well). I was rushed & the woman was just plain rude. The food was good, but I wont go there again because the service stinks.

The food is very good but they apparently do not have an air conditioner. We went here in the summer and it was very warm and humid. We also didnt care for the cheap plastic tableware and lack of service. Once you receive your food you will not see a waiter/server again. If youre ordering food for take out, Id give this place 5 stars. If youre planning to dine in, Id give it two.

This was our first trip to the New China Dragon. We ordered the Sesame chicken and the beef low mein. The sesame chicken is probably the worst I have ever tasted. It tasted old and soggy. The beef low mein was good. Cream cheese wontons were average and the egg roll was just okay. We will try some other restaurants before returning to this one. Leanne chin is better.

I work from home and when under deadlines, I order takeout at least once a week. I ordered from China Dragon tonight instead of the regular pizza joints and I am so happy. I am slightly out of their delivery range, but as long as they keep coming here, I will order from them and not pizza. Thank you for coming out so far.

Have been going there for years - Its the best place in the area and great value for lunch. Moved away and cannot find a Chinese takeout place like it. Highly recommend. Helpful hint - everything is made to order so phone beforehand to place it and it will be ready to go when you arrive. GREAT PLACE!!!!

Best Chinese in Elk River. Great food! Great prices! Generous portions! Would be nice if they had a better eat-in area, and a double-door entry so you didnt get a blast of cold air whenever anyone walks in. But probably not possible in such a small space.

Our family enjoys ordering take out from China Dragon. The food is much better than that you would get from a Chinese buffet. My favorite dish is the Singapore Rice Noodles which I recommend checking out if you like something with a little spice.

I have 2 wk old abd a 3 1/2yo...I needed something fast and good to feed my toddler and I. I ordered the beef and broccoli, egg drop soup, egg rolls and won tons. All were great and they delivered super fast!!! Will most definitly order again

Tried the chicken mushroom chowmein, I thought it was good but nothing exceptional. The portion was more than enough for two people. We asked to sample the sesame chicken and they said no! So we shared the chowmein and saved $10.

We had the orange and sesame chicken. The portion size was perfect and the chicken wasnt heavily breaded. The dining area is very clean as well as the kitchen. This was our second time and we will definitely be going back.
