So we went there at 7:45pm on Oct 11th...at first they served us drinks..the little boy which is like 15 who should not be working according to the law...OK well anyways my buddy got some chicken wings and some other things...I served my food I ate a couple of shrimp and some noodles when my buddy ate his chicken wing it was raw red and disgusting....we told the lady that he wasnt going to eat no more and that we were leaving cause I didnt even eat my food...he lost his appetite....the lady said that I should pay for my plate so we went to the front to tell them that I didnt eat and he wasnt going to pay..the lady got upset so did the little boy...my buddy asked for there names cause they said the manager wasnt there...so when we said the lady was throwing a fit and throwing stuff. as much as we were being nice she was being rude so was the little boy...he cussed and said to go to a different restaurant...worst service ever...my sister went there to a couple a months ago and they wanted to charge my 3 year old nephew as a. Adult which that little boy had attended them as well and also cussed at them..we did pay for the drinks but I wasnt going to pay for food I did not eat...after they started being extremely rude with us of course I started arguingback...during the time I was telling them...the whole family came up to the counter...even children came out from the kitchen...so they just said to go somewhere else so we did...worse experience ever...not going there any more...

Most of the food had been sitting out way too long. It wasnt just "not so fresh," it was dried to hell and hard to chew. The stuff that was fresher was just as standard for a Chinese buffet as youd expect. Small selection. When I go to a Chinese buffet, I expect more Chinese food than American/fried food. Theres three "islands" of main course food and only one was Chinese (I didnt come to eat bagel bites...) If this place were cheap, it wouldnt be so bad, but at this price, you might as well take a jaunt down the highway to the Hibachi and Imperial Buffet thats kicking the crap out of the competition. Huge selection and lunch is 7.50~. Thats hard to beat. I feel bad for the competition.

Ive eaten at this place for lunch every now and then for many years. Years ago the food seemed to be much fresher, tasted better with better cuts of meat and more options. Recently, however, it seems like the quality has gone down significantly, I just dont want to go there anymore. Hopefully, they can change things up a bit and get back to the way it used to be and then I would consider going back now and then. The food is not terrible just not very good in my opinion.

We came here a little bit ago, the food was disgusting, dry, and everything tasted old like it was leftovers from last night. The service was great although, their rice was hard, crab was rubbery, garlic bread tastes terrible! Almost like soap, and i dont know just literally everything was gross and didnt taste like I remembered it when me and my grandma used to come here a few years ago. Never coming here again.

Its my favorite place to eat because its unlimited crawdads with other good food. I eat here atleast 2 times a month for the last 1.5 years. But lately it is impossible to get service. Ill have 5-6 plates and have to set them on the empty table next to me and I have been going and getting my own drinks after 10 min of waiting. If someone else knows of an unlimited crawfish place I would love to know.

Food was undercooked. Drinks tasted like carbonated water. Restaurant was dirty. Decided just to eat fruit and jello, obviously thought that would be okay, until we found hair in it. Asked for a discount, gave us two dollars off and free drinks. Will never go there again and suggest that no one else does either.

Went here on a couple of occasions, (3) times the first time was during the usual dinner hour 1700-1900 and the food was amazing, waiter couldve been more patient, as we had a dinner of 10 people but otherwise good. 2nd-3rd time were at the lunch hour, food was stale and cold..

This place is nasty the little boy working there is rude and should not be working. The food was hard and no one that we were with ate and they still charged us. I will be calling to report that they have underage people working to .. DONT GO THERE.

Food is fine. Its never super busy, and the servers are pretty good about taking away used plates and refilling drinks. Since they were purchased by China One, the food has changed slightly, but its more similar to how it used to be than it is new.

Food was not fresh everything was old and it was only 7 pm. Waiter didnt say thanks, but instead talked very loudly with a coworker while getting our drinks. Very disappointed, but the dinner is hopefully 20% off

Ive been here quite a few times (lunch only) and the food is very good & reasonably priced. They dont have a HUGE selection,but they do have much to chose from. The wait staff was very good also.

pretty hit and miss. decent for a cheap buffet. Id recommend going at the beginning of lunch or only getting what you see steaming. The flaky spinach puffs are great.

Could be maybe a dollar or two less expensive, wish theyd allow you to buy only 1-2 plates and make others pay the full price for 3+ plates.. meh.
