We had my 10 year old daughters Birthday party catered from the Chipotle out of Chanhassen, MN... When we arrived for pick up, our food wasnt ready. We were told we had to wait an additional 15, 20 minutes because "they had a very busy day". When food finally came out, there were 2 large boxes and huge double sized bag with utensils, plates, napkins and set up hardware... Not one staff member offered to help carry things out to my car, or even hold a door open. Instead my daughter, and complete strangers helped, carry boxes, hold doors, etc for me. All food was good except guacamole was horribly disgusting. Black and bitter tasting. Usually when you give the quac a good mix, the bright green comes out from beneath. But, this didnt happen. It was literally a full bowl of black sludge! And the sour cream smelled sour, and was very runny. Other then that, chicken and barbacoa was delicious. When I called the store this morning to talk to a manger about these things, she offered 25% off discount off my next catering (who knows when that will be) and a free chip and guacamole next time were in. This seems like small potatoes considering I paid $256.00 orig. I would have expected more!

Went in @530pm on a Tuesday. We were only 4 people back in line yet it took us 20 minutes to get through the line as staff were fumbling around with online orders as well as current in-line customers. By the time we got our food and sat down, our orders were cold. The restaurant looked like it hadnt been swept in days and even though many tables were unoccupied, it looked like the tables had not been wiped off in days as well. The pop area was a mess. Just a different experience than what we are used to with Chipotle.

When a mistake was made, the woman scooped the wrong ingredient out with a plastic cup and then continued to blame the person who ordered it for the mistake. Then she dumped a whole lot of chopped tomatoes into the bowl to cover up the flavor of the dumped hot stuff; at least that is my reasoning as to why it was full of tomatoes. The barbacoa bowl ended up a hot mess that I could not eat! Chipotle is only as good as its employees and Manager! Not so good here!

CHIPOTLIFE happens here!! We get chipotle from here 3-4 times a week for lunch. Yea they are a bit busy for lunch, but because they are so Awesome and ppl keep coming back!!! WHen the line gets long, They crank out burritos as if there was a burrito making deity behind the counter for lunch. Remember, they are regular human beings doing their best to make your food and Tipping them for their awesomeness goes a long ways! ~Q

We LOVE chipotle but have been really disappointed at how this location is mismanaged. Slow lines, running out of ingredients, dirty drink area and tables, not being acknowledged by the employees for several minutes as they go in back to get refills... and tonight was the final straw - I dont come to chipotle to eat next to your staff members smoking. Fast and healthy eatery?

Seriously i LOVE Chipotle.... & i had asked my husband to go & pick up food for a friend & i... he had ordered it online... only to see that our bowls were empty... this is not what we paid for.. great place to eat... just NEVER order online because you never know what youre paying for... i did call them & the manager gave us 2 free meals on our next visit...

I have been to at least 10 other Chipotle locations and the employees have always been friendly and eager to please. Not so at this location. They were angry and ready to go home. They ruined what is otherwise a very nice location. Our burrito bowl ended up being a pathetic under filled serving. I will go back to other Chipotle locations but not this one.

The last time I was at the Chan chipotle, I had the worst service. So I called and complained. I went back today, the dude was so rude- he totally skimped on the chicken- I asked for a little more- he said nope Ill charge you double if you want double. Well forget you man, Im taking my business back to the Minnetonka store!

The dining area has steadily declined in appearance and quality in the past 18-24 months. Chairs are missing and broken - soda machine has been broken a few times. Just disappointing because the food is still the same Chipotle that I love and crave. We go here every Monday for lunch.

Since almost all Chipotles serve identical tasting dishes (which I always find very appetizing) I like to judge each location based off of speed of service and portion sizes. I find the portions here are usually very generous, but the speed of service sometimes bogs down.

Great people and service. Can get quite crowded but thats because of the demand and bottleneck with all Chipotle restaurant ordering system. They need a revamp by having people place orders a different way. But this place is still great with friendly service.

Food tasted like it had been sitting out for hours, steak was rubbery and chips were stale, up to the point where they were almost inedible. Service is extremely spacey and slow. Always busy and they can never seem to get there act together to accommodate.

Staff was very kind. The chips I got to go were a very small portion. Called and talked to Kathy who promptly apologized and took down my name to get free chips the next time I went back. Mistakes happen, but I was happy with how Kathy resolved it.

Chanhassen Chipotle isnt as busy as the Shakopee one, which I loved! But what made me love the one in Chanhassen more was because when I asked for extra lettuce and veggies, I got a lot extra! Ive never had that before, Thank you so much!

Had the best Chipotle experience of my life here - many times! Everyone is friendly and the line moves pretty fast; I will certainly make this Chipotle my most frequented location. Always clean and always satisfying.

Never go after 3 p.m. or weekends because of high school kids and their skimpy portioning. If I ask for a lot of something i expect more than 1 pennies worth of lettuce, cilantro, cheese, salsa, meat.
