Ive been told by other Chipotle managers that the Shakopee Chipotle is the "joke of the region". My experience today made me believe it 100%. I went there with my wife and kids today and was met by a sign on the door saying they were out of guacamole. What kind of manager lets their store run out of ingredients for friggin GUAC?! The wife and I just shrugged our shoulders... Oh well, we could do without guac this time. So we order our usual two bowls and a kids meal and low and behold, theyre out of trays for the kids meals. Not only are they out of ingredients for guac but now trays as well. Wow. Oh well... lets get our food. Now, heres where it gets interesting. If you order a bowl or a burrito you can get anything you want on the side for free except guac (which they dont have). Tortillas... Rice... Cheese... Whatever. They dont give a crap. But, when you order a kids meal at the Shakopee location they wanna lay down the law like: "YOU ONLY GET TWO SIDES." I told them, Im not getting any meat on my kids tacos, I think you can part with 2 more sides. The employee got an attitude and said "No. You can only have two sides. Period." Ive been getting kids meals at this location and others for 3+ years and have never ran into this problem. Its utterly ridiculous that theyll give free sides for any bowl or burrito but when it comes to kids meals its gestapo time. So, on principle, we said screw it and left. Two bowls and a kids meal gone to waste because these idiots couldnt part with 2 tablespoons of cheese and sour cream. We then went to the Chanhassen location and had absolutely no problem getting our food.

Worst service of any chipotle I have ever been to ever. Yes these clowns even take the cake from Burnsville. The workers look like they are forced to be there and hate their lives. Some food preppers do not wear hair covering. The cashier acts like a sulking Jay Cutler. On mar 22 the number of employees outnumbered the customers in line and it still took me 40 minutes to get through. 5 minutes would go by with no cashier or tortilla presser. 3-4 people gave up and left while in line. I had never seen that before. Chipotle corporate should fire this franchisee. They are a hideously ugly mark to the brand and need to burn this place down or sell it to someone who cares.

My experience last night. Ordered my food I had a feeling they forgot to put a meal in but she insisted they did, got home and they forgot a kids meal. While I have a crying kid at the table I called the store and the manager told me he would give me a free meal, which isnt free since I paid for one already and never received it. I told him that for having a missing meal for my family you are going to give me what I already paid for I said with everything going on with Chipotle right now they would try and keep customers not push them away he proceed to hang up on me. Couldnt believe it. My daughter did eat but I didnt! Great customer service!!

I frequented this location for months a while back as I work nearby. I went in Aug 31st and it was such a horrible experience Im not sure I can go back. I took someone with me and they also said it was pretty bad. We walk in and there were flies all over the place. Tables were very messy. Floor was littered with trash and food. They were using bathroom towels for napkins. The food was scattered all over the serving area. Just too messy and dirty. Come on Shakopee Chipotle, youre serving food. Keep it clean, okay? Aside from the messiness, they were also out of Guacamole. I liked this location and it seriously fell apart...

Food quality is good but twice now I have used the online ordering. The first night they were slammed with customers. However, 20 minutes after my order was placed, I showed up to pick it up. I was on time for the time it was scheduled to be picked up. The order had not even been started and I spent another 20 minutes waiting for my order to be prepared. I went home missing an apple juice and fruit that were both supposed to be included in the meal. The second night, I ordered a salad with their vinaigrette dressing. When I arrived to pick up the salad, I was told there was no dressing. What good is a salad without the dressing?

Was the second person in line and waited over 10 minutes watching online or call in orders being made. Staff was very slow and I heard them complaining about there jobs. When I asked about the wait I was told we do onine orders 10 to 15 minutes before the cutomer comes. Please remind me never to order online that means your food is sitting in a bag for up to 15 or more minutes well all your in-store cutomers are getting upset waiting. This was one of the worst ones I have been to just based on speed and customer service.I have ran a restaurant and its not done like that.

Possibly the worst burrito Ive ever had. The employee put no rice on the brurrito, no beans, only a quarter serving of barbacoa, and just proceeded to fill the rest with lettuce, and forgetting to put guacamole on, yet charging me for it. They also told me that the white rice they had was for tomorrow, after they wouldnt put any on my burrito, and didnt bother having any dressing for the salad we bought. When we complained, the kid making the burrito told us, "you dont have to eat here." Yeah, from now on, youre right. I dont have to and wont eat here.

Food is always good but oh my God!!!! Feeling a little analytical and bored I made a series of interesting observations. Number of employees working 5. Number of people in front of me in line 9. Entered building at 12, recd burrito and receipt at 12:20... Now i might be overly critical but im pretty sure once in the assembly line a burrito should take a minute tops to make vs 2:13. That easily extra 1:13 per burrito made quite a few people in line leave. If i were the owner id be a little upset... Thats almost stealing.

I used to work for Chipotle at this location. Its gone so far down hill its not even funny all your employees are stoned outta their minds lazy extremely unclean and the portion sizes of meat and rice has gotten to that of a childs meal. Not worth 8 bucks a visit. Ill be driving the extra distance to the burnsville location from now on. Its just sad to see a store that was kicking butt to being worse quality and customer service than burger King. Matter fact Id rather eat there at least you get what you pay for there..

Extremely rude person who order takes today...not even asking what you need bowl or anything. .until we say we can see proudness on his face....very rude rude behaviour with Shakopee Chipotle staff...not caring customers hence they are feeling we have good business ...they dont care on customer service...today Tuesday its very rude behaviour even they r not busy simply standing...12.30pm time mention it... Never coming back to this store.....
