Went on a Sunday. Server was sweet. Checking out took about 30-40 minutes. Im usually not a complainer but no one was on the ball trying to fix our order after we added the 2 beverages for the coupons we used. The girl who initially was checking out was unapologetic and felt it was either our problem or another co-workers problem. The manager(s) seemed to be no where near by to help the situation, so instead they checked out everyone else and still we waited while they continued to check more people out. What restaurants need to be aware of, are others who work in the customer service industry. Poor way to handle separating of an order in to 2 receipts. First time at this BKSQ and I know Ill never come back. I highly dislike unprompt customer service. The girl who checked us out at the end had no clue what was going on and was kind and brave enough to figure it out. Doesnt seem like the pleasure of Customers come first from the time they come in to check out is the goal. Everything was good and quickly went down. E for effort.

My girlfriend and I enjoy our meals every time we come here when we cant figure out where to eat. The food quality and quantity is consistent. We havent had to send anything back and the pie(s) is/are awesome tasting. The atmosphere is comfortable although the crowd is older (we are in our 20s). Services is slightly above average. Im not rating it a 5 because there were a couple times we received our appetizers along with our main entree. Another thing we dont like is that there is an extra charge for getting 2 cups when we drink coffee. You get a big container of it why the extra charge? However dont let this factor into coming here. Good stuff.

I had the French dip and after eating half of my sandwich there was a hair in it a long black hair. I was absolutely horrified no one at my table has black hair our waiter went back to talk to the chef he didnt have black hair either so it must have been the people that prep the food. But the fact that the waiter even questioned us about it angered me even more.

Had an okay meal today. Cooks made the wrong thing so my omlet came out 10 minutes after my pancakes. Not the waitresses fault she was great. Cold syrup in not acceptable. This location is in need of an update or at least new upholstery on the chairs and booths, very dirty. Bathroom was on par with other Bakers Squares, filthy and stinky.

The 4-square breakfest for 7.99 is a big portion and great value! In it I order a cheese omelet, 2x french toast, strawberry crepes, and hashbrowns. It comes on 3 seperate plates. Wednesday meals come with a free slice of pie. This is a mom and pop local favorite and most if not all attending are seniors.

Lucky Festival Foods was near by. They have pie that does not come with an attitude. Maybe one day Bakers Square will teach its young staff that customer is king. Loose one customer for a day loose same customer forever. Good luck Bakers Square. Looks like you will need it !

I really enjoy getting to go to this Bakers Square! The service is always very good, the food is above its rivals like Perkins and Dennys, and the prices are reasonable. Oh yea, and PIE! Look for 20% off coupons to make it an even better deal for yourself.....

The waiter was really respectful and helpful she was smiling like no tommrow.The seating here was a little crowded if you came in with a large group of ten or so.The food came in large portions and was cooked well for a good price.I would come here again.

The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were hot. Great pie! The waiter, Shawn, did an awesome job. He had a really tough table near us to deal with; he stayed very calm and professional even though they were batshit crazy and indecent.

Of course the variety of pies with sugar sopped confections (as to be expected) were excellent. The service at the drive thru left much to be desired as she got my order wrong she was short with me she didnt say hello or thank you or anything.

The food was nothing special, service even less. A restaurant chain that in its prime was at the top of its game but now should maybe just go away. The pies are still great which is what probably keeps them in business.

Poor service the night we went in, could have just been a bad night, but after a long road trip, it was very frustrating. Really slow service, waitress forgot things multiple times and never came back to check on us.
