This was by far one of my worst experiences. I had planned on grabbing a quick bite from my local DQ here in Chillicothe. Packed my wife and son up and took a drive. Ordered our food, got to the 2nd window. The girl then told me to pull up to the front of the store and they would bring it out to me. Why did I need to pull up with no one behind me? Nevertheless, I did which Im not necessarily complaining about. I expected a good burger(granted its fast food) and got a burger poorly wrapped, on a soggy grease soaked bun. Not only mine but my wifes as well. Threw the food in the trash and went to Mcdonalds. Im not sure if this was due to it being night shift or they just didnt care but I am very dissatisfied.

Server did not do tip test because my blizzard was melted. When I commented on the blizzard and asked if I received a coupon or something for the new one, she said I have no proof of the incident, even though she was the one that had JUST missed the tip. She is a blonde manager and was extremely rude to us after the incident and to get co-workers. Hostility among workers is evident and my family and I will not be returning. Unfortunate that this sort of attitude comes from a manager.

Bathroom was very dirty and unkept. Ordered a childs meal chicken strips, gray hair found on those. Was handed a blizzard, server did not do the tip test. Did not receive a receipt to show I had ordered one when paying for my meal. The tables were dirty, customers were wiping off their tables with napkins in order to have a clean table to eat at including ourselves. Overall, blizzard was thick and good.

Really? 30 minutes? Awful. Grrrr not busy either! Before dinner rush, after lunch rush and we wait for 30 minutes!?! Said we were gonna get a quick bite, but it would have been better to just get Taco Bell or McDonalds!!!
