Exceeded all expectations. Best Taco Bell in southeast Michigan, by far! You know how fast food commercials make their food look awesome, and then when you actually get the food it turns out not so awesome? Well this location made the food look and taste just as good as anything youd see in the ads. For real... if any fast food workers deserve increased minimum wages it would be the folks at the Washtenaw ave, Ypsilanti location, because DAMN. Never before was I so impressed with the timeliness, quality, and friendliness of a fast food restaurant and its staff. Seriously, I never type out reviews, and when I do, its usually not to say anything positive. So, yea. Looks like Im getting fat again, because these guys are having me back for sure.

Ive been to hundreds of Taco Bells (yes, I have a frito burrito problem), and this is easily (and by FAR) the very best Taco Bell I have ever been to. Every other Taco Bell has been an extreme disappointment since coming here. The customer service is fantastic, the food is always served fresh, and the store is very clean. I highly recommend this location. We drive across town to get here, we dont even bother using the one next to our home...

Horrible visit Came in Oct 18, 2016 in the evening. I had my order messed up TWICE. After the first screw up, the food champion had an attitude with me and made me feel unwelcome. When I got home, half of my items were missing chipotle sauce, which I CLEARLY specified as an addition in my order. Overall the worst experience ive had with any Taco Bell, you can bet I am NEVER returning.

My server (Brandon) had the best customer service skills I have seen in a while.. He was very friendly and personable..heck he even tipped his hat (literally) after handing everyone he served their receipt...not the level of customer service youd expect from a fast food place, pleasant surprise!

This is probably the best Taco Bell ever. The staff is always super friendly, my orders are never messed up, and the food is excellent! I am extremely grateful to live so close to such an amazing place. I always tell my friends to go to this Taco Bell because it is seriously amazing.

Loved eating here it was fast ready and tasty and amazing to eat but the manager was a little rude when i asked for my food to be bagged separately and for the rudeness from her is the reason why im giving it 3 stars the food was great but sorry the manager was not

Terrible service for such a simple job, Ive done it myself. Just pray you dont get any of the female employees at the window. They have disgusting attitudes, disgusting bodies, and purposefully withhold condiments you ask for to, naturally, be petty little skanks.

This is an excellent Taco Bell! They just remodeled and theres tons of great places to sit and work. Its always really clean and the staff here are the absolute best. Ive never had an order messed up here and the food always tastes great. I love going here!

Never gets my order wrong! As someone who doesnt eat meat and doesnt like sour cream, I never have to worry about them messing up an item. Theyre super friendly too and have great overall service! This is my go-to Taco Bell for sure.
