I was just at this restaurant, with a group of people, and ordered food and I needed to use the restroom, it was close to the lobbys closing time and I really needed to use the bathroom which I proceeded to enter and use the facility, once inside I received a knock on the door stating that if I was not out of the bathroom in 5 minutes they were going to call the police on me. This was extremely stressful and inappropriate, I feel violated and harassed. I called this location to inquire about the events that had just transpired and asked to speak with a manager, she was unapologetic and rude, and asked me what "I want done about it" I stated that if something like this happens again I will not be returning to this location, in response she said that they make 15,000 dollars a week, and proceed to say that I do not spend 15,000 a week their and she does not care that I will not be returning. She also said that they did nothing wrong threatening to call the police on me stating that it is a liability to to have me in the lobby after it closed, even though I was in the restroom and I was paying customer about to leave. I am really upset, and I was extremely embarrassed. I am sorry that I had to resort to this.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The restroom was extremely dirty, the service was rude and responded on their own time because they were busy gossiping about co workers, the only sauces available were hot and Diablo, there was two choices of pop because most were out, and the nozzles of the empty pop bags were making loud sounds during my entire stay because someone was too lazy to turn the nozzles off. The only positive is that the lobby was very clean.

Food is okay. I mean, its Taco Bell, not La Azteca or La Familia. Even with mediocre, so-called Mexican food, a friendly staff can make all the difference. That was not my experience here. Of the two employees who assisted me, one was incompetent, and the other had an attitude a mile long. Thankfully, the manager intervened and straightened everything out. Unfortunately, today is the last time I ever visit this location.

Went in to get food cause drive thru was really busy. Ordered bean and cheese burritos and Frito burritos and some other stuff and it only took a few minutes to get my food. The people that work here are very nice and friendly and very quick to get orders done. l will definitely come back to this one again

Maybe theyre having a bad day collectively or I picked the wrong time to visit, idk but employee morale seemed low, the lavatory was scary to be in & they got my order wrong. They rectified by giving me extra. That & the apology were the highlight of my visit.

Ok this place is right off the Highway and they close their dinning room at 7pm are you serious and now I have been stuck in the drive-in for almost 20 minutes this is rediculous management needs to step up their game I will not come back to this location

Best Taco Bell in Flint. Food is always fresh taste great. Any time theyve ever messed up on my order it was only once they corrected it and gave me extra apple pie. I will always come to this talk about when Im around this area

I rarely leave bad reviews, but the service was mediocre and the quality was skimpy. There was hardly any meat in the burrito I ordered and it was hastily tossed together after waiting a good 20 min during non-peak hours.

The woman taking my order was really sweet but I repeated about 4 times that I couldnt have tomatos on anything. Once i got home everything had tomatos on it. They need to listen better
