Server was horrible!! She obviously hates her job. Not only that, she and other servers were encouraging customers to do a survey that would have made her look good before we had even gotten pur drinks. So we did cause we could get free pancakes that day if we did. Totally regret doing that. My food came with the side salad and and I never received it until I was half way done with my entree. My drink was out a couple of times and both times she didnt care to offer a refill or anything. After her neglecting to check it multiple times I finally asked and got another one. Then after all that, the free pancakes I mentioned?? They charged me for twice! I got them to change it to the correct price and left the restaurant. Only to get home look at my bank account and realized I had been charged the wrong price and the right price! Now I will be having to deal with my bank to dispute the charge. This location is clearly not doing so well and is on the verge of closing up shop. Either way I shall not return and urge people to choose another location in order to have decent service with your meal.

The food was good the service was a woman that hates here job. But i can deal with that. We could not finish eating because we observed 3 employees wrapping silverware im napkins. They coughed on their hands and sneezed than proceeded to touch the silverware. DISGUSTING! So we paid the bill and left. And dispite the waitress with the bad attitude still left a very generous tip. So maybe that cheered her up and had a better attitude towards future customers.

We were here in the early afternoon, there were only 2 other tables with people in the restaurant, and our server never checked on us! I watched her walk back and forth, talk to coworkers and stay distracted socializing. then other servers walked by us with a table full of empty cups, looked right at the cups and just kept walking by. Will NOT be going back here

Eat there all the time. Service and food has been great except this time. Never ordered French toast before. Will not again. Frozen bread then dipped in batter. Not good at all. BUT will not keep us from going again and ordering our usual or something else. Device is great and Dylon is sweet.

About 20 of us from church came to IHOP tonight. Our server ,True was amazing. He was very kind, courteous, and he made sure that we all were taken care of. Our food was delicious and we all received it in a timely manner.

Purchase waiter, Wesley was very enthusiastic, funny, and all around nice! Even at 10:00pm with my pregnant wife, and VERY high energy daughter. We are definitely coming back!
