Tonight, I pulled up to the drive thru, in the pouring down rain. I was drenched, as they did not have a cover that protected me from my window open, to place my order. I pulled up, hoping they got my order, as I couldnt hear if she was able to hear me or not. And I could not hear everything as she tried to repeat it. So, I pulled up, only to roll my window down again, in which my car inside and my left arm was drenched . I was trying to give my money to the girl, and hurried up so I could close my window, because the rain ricocheted back off the ledge and straight into me AGAIN. I told the girl, Im getting sop and wet, and the sweet little thing said, " I dont know what you want me to do about it." And shut her window. I realize these young kids have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE , and have not been taught to problem solve, nor apologize. I chose not to respond to her ignorance about it. But I now would seek the management to problem solve, not only the drive thru with some SERIOUS WEATHER PROTECTION, and to teach their employees to apologize first and foremost, and PERHAPS I SHOULD OF TOLD HER TO JUST MEET ME AT THE DOOR, AND FOR HER TO GET SOP AND WET, INSTEAD OF MYSELF. Very Unfortunate, that customer service is a common sense thing, and can not always be taught. July 10, 2017. My visit was approximately 7:45 pm. Never to go back.

Very dirty. The place can be 1/4 full and STILL the rest of the tables are filthy. Ive never seen them wipe them down once and Ive been dozens of times. Also as time goes on the staff gets ruder and ruder. Ive had it with this place im not going back. Its a shame because the food is good but I wont support businesses that dont train their employees on customer service. Oh also the loyalty card doesnt do anything. you sign up for it and get a free meal and then NO REWARDS after that. I had 15+ visits on my card and I was wondering when id finally earn something. I went to their website to read the terms and conditions and FAQ. the cards arent rewards cards at all. they do nothing. head to their website and check it out yourself.

I absolutely love their chicken tenders. But...I cant get over the fact that every time I go inside this place every open table and booth is dirty. This isnt just one time. Its literally every time Ive been there. I always have to wipe down my own table before I sit. The table where the ketchup and drinks are is exactly the same. I want to keep going there but please start keeping these clean for customers who wish to dine in.

1/17/16. I think the microphone at the drive thru is a bit low. Its hard for the employees to hear your order. But they more than make up for it with their courtesy and service. Derrick was at the window and waited on me..... He is a little shy, but was prompt to correct my order, very polite. As was Caitlin ! So glad to have Canes in the community.

Not worth the money. I ordered the Big Box combo and it was skimpy on the fries, as if they were having a shortage. They charged me for honey mustard because I did not want their special sauce. Not sure if it was this location, but my wallet cant risk it again.

Raising Canes has been one of our favorite fastfood stops ever since our college days in Lexington. The fact that they have them now in Louisville is awesome, and this is the fastest one I have ever been to.

Fun atmosphere and great food. If youre in the mood for chicken fingers and great crinkle-cut fries, Canes is THE go-to.

Canes has good chicken fingers and theyre reasonably priced. I would like bigger chicken tenders or more of them.
