A few weeks ago we went in with a group of 6 adults + a child. We waited forever for the "hostess" to come over and even acknowledge us. She was just sitting at a table talking with some people. When she did she basically told us, VERY rudely, there werent any available tables. She didnt even offer to put our name on a list or anything. When I asked how long the wait would be she basically told us they couldnt accommodate our group our group at all. Then she gave us the most disgusted look ever and returned to the table she had been talking to. And if that wasnt bad enough, I just made a call to place a takeout order and was pretty much hung up on. Ive worked over 13 years in customer service and it takes a lot for me to even write this kind of review but Wings, Etc. has THE WORST customer service I have ever seen. I have no idea where management is or what they are doing, but they need to get some new, friendly, energetic staff there. Its a shame because the food is good and so is the atmosphere, but if they are going to be rude and not willing to serve paying customers then they wont get another dollar from me. I will definitely not be back and I definitely wont recommend this place to anyone.

went there with family, 4 adults,a toddler and a baby. Service was good, food was pretty good, prices were fair. The problem was they had the music blasting in the dining room, we asked that it be turned down, it was for a few minutes and then blasting again. We asked that it be turned down again and were told that the music volume was controlled by patrons at the bar on their Smart phones?? It was so loud that the baby started crying. I wrote an email to the management with a complaint, never heard back. I will not be going back to any of their locations.

have ordered take out 2 times within the last month only to get wings that have little to no flavor compared to other wings etc locations. have dined in before as well and same thing being the closest location it sucks not being able to get good wings. Update as of 2-27-15 yet again I go eat in and cant get a damn refill the whole time Im in there servers dont even bother to take care of the customer

Been there twice in three months. Didnt get to order either time. First time my Husband and I were seated but the waitress never came by to take our order. After 15 mins, we left. The second time we didnt even get seated. Apparently, wrapping silverware is more important than serving the customers. My only question is "where is management"? Who runs that joint anyway?

Certain wings are wonderful. Other...lack luster. Many other things on the menu are really good. Bartenders tend to spend a lot of time with locals and people they know and often neglect out-of-towners who may just be very well paid contractors away from home and looking for a connection (even the temporary kind between server/customer).

Do not like the server Jenna every time we go there she is not a good server. Sit in the bar not busy. Rude, slow,given her many opportunities to step up. Alway disappointed, like setting in the bar but she is always in that station and also she works the bar. Always talking to her friends.

Waited for over 45 minutes after ordering and nevet got my order. Couple who came in 10 minutes after I did was served already. Walked out after telling server the wait and discourtusy was too much. Most people only get 1 hout for lunch.

I love Wings Etc. but this location just isnt as good as the Mishawaka, Osceola, or South Bend locations. Each time Ive gone the service has been incredibly slow and the food has been awful.

Good service, good food and fair prices. Best mamagement I have seen in a restaurant. The crew always takes care of you and makes sure you always have what you need. Definately reccomend!

Great spot..in town for a couple of nights and just wanted a couple of bevies and wings. Lots of TV with sports, back ground music wasnt too loud and wait stuff was great.

Come here on lunch and usually sit in the bar even though I am not drinking alcohol because the bar tender is on top of things and gets drinks and food fast.

Save yourself some effort, go to BW3 instead. This place has started to take advantage of the customer. BW3 is cleaner, nicer, more TVs and better food.
