Horrible service, we walked in and all of the employees were sitting at the counter. One lazily got up to help us, and we were very undecided with our order and she sat there and tapped her fingers on the register. Not one person cracked a smile while we were in there. On top of it, two of the advertised smoothies they did not have the mix for which was very disappointing. Then we had a change in an order and just about everyone in there rolled their eyes because the smoothie was already made had we known it was made, we would have taken it. We saw the girl very dramatically dump the made smoothie out. Then while waiting, the girl that had helped us sat at a register on her phone. Then more people came in and they looked at her to help and very rudely she says Im out. If I were the owner I would definitely take a second look at your staff because I will definitely not be returning to this location. Im also pretty sure the Manager was the one who dramatically dumped the smoothie because after that she was the one who counted the drawer.

Sadly, this is the only Tropical Smoothie Cafe close to my home or I would go to a different location. The service at this location is AWFUL. Every time I go to get a smoothie I get no smiles and an unenthusiastic attitude. No one ever bothers to tell me to have a nice day. I come inside or go through the drive thru and the employees are lounging around on their phones obviously not working. My food/smoothies takes FOREVER and Im usually the only one there. Why does it take 10-15 minutes to serve me? Ive got a busy schedule and I dont have time to wait that long. Get a better trained and friendly team... seriously.

Tried this location a few months ago and wasnt impressed. Was craving it today so went with my husband for lunch. WOW! I believe it was the owner, really involved with making sure the orders were correct. Our order was made wrong and he caught it before it even came out to us. He apologized for the wait and offered us free food for the wait (I wasnt even complaining or annoyed at all). Tasted GREAT and the chicken even looked like chicken again. I will definitely come back more if the quality is this good every time!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I waited TWENTY MINUTES in the drive-thru and the staff was extremely rude and not working. One girl was doing all the working while the rest of the staff was just standing around. Everytime I come here to order food they claim the oven is broken (probaby too lazy to make food). Will not be returning unless they get a new staff. ALSO the smoothies are flavorless and watered down compared to the smoothies at other locations.

Love tropical smoothie. Would be a 5 but one time we got there about 10 minutes before closing (I know I know...) and they hid while in the kitchen. It was embarrassing especially because we saw one of them trying to hide from us like they were already closed. I had never seen anything like it. Lots of young teens work here and it showed that evening.

Have to admit..... After watching all your employees just stand around texting arguing about who should make my order.... Then they wear no glove and no hair nets and blast gangster musicso every other word Im hearing while waiting is "N***a" I just threw my smoothie away and ate my 6 dollars. These kids need a role model in here. Terrible.

Ive always gotten excellent service at this location. The staff is always friendly & are always quick at making my smoothie & food. We stop here frequently to get one of the green smoothies that are offered. We say "No sugar" though & the smoothies are still sweet bc of the fruit in them.

Smoothie is great, but waiting for a hummus veggie wrap for 30 minutes while im the only one in the place is ridiculous. It caused me to be late for work.... Not to happy. EDIT: They have me the wrong flippin wrap. Never going back to this location.

Smoothies were good, but they took 20 minutes to make us two smoothies. Only two other people were in the restaurant and had 5 workers, so they definitely prioritize the drive through. If you really want a smoothie, go through the drive through!
