Poor service. I had a drug representative coming to my clinic for a lunch in, we have ordered from here several times in the past year. The process is we call in an order for 7+ people and the drug rep picks it up on his way in, they have always let us do payment at pickup since we dont pay I dont have access to payment since its a lunch in. This has never been a problem but after sitting on the phone for 20 minutes placing our order which they were out of half the things on their menu which was frustrating at the end the guy asks if Im paying with a gift card or credit I told him the person picking up will be paying then proceeds to tell me they changed their policy and all carry out orders have to be paid by phone. Okay I guess I understand youve had people not show up for orders but Im sure that happens with every restaurant that does carry out. I explained if they can make an exception that this is a big drug company their not going to not pick up our food. A lady manager gets on the phone and tells me another 3 times like I didnt understand the first time. All I was asking is if they can make an exception this one time, yes or no answer. And then they tell us its fine pickup in 20 min. They didnt start making our food until the drug rep came in and paid. Zoeitis is not happy with how their rep was treated and we will not be ordering from here anymore. Zoeitis is kind enough to come in and educate us on the latest canine and feline medications for the public and provide lunch for our staff they deserve to be treated with respect. At least be kind when explaining your new policies.

Me and my mom placed an order for 7:30am the night before. They still managed to forget four bagels. When she called the lady acted like nothing was wrong and manager said they had sold our bagels to another customer. Bagels that we already been paid for. Then they said she had to pick a different type of bagel instead of just giving her money back. We finally got our money back after arguing with the manager for 20 minutes.

There food is really good. But they changed the portion size on to go orders. Much much smaller. Also they didnt even fill the soup contain full. This is the 2nd time in 3 days. I dont mind paying for good food but its ridiculous when they dont fill the small soup container full or skimp on the lettuce. Very expensive for a littler bit of food.

This place couldnt get an order right to save their lives. I am sick and tired of getting tiny portions for a lot of money. If you ask for no onions, apparently that means, no cheese, no vegetables, no mayo.....etc. Plus there is a manager there, a girl who looks like a mouse, that is bipolar. She is nice one day, and an EXTREME B the next.

Went through the drive thru and service seemed slower than usual just to get a latte. Also, the staff should be more careful to keep the back area clean. It looked like someone stopped in the middle of sweeping up and just left a pile of trash in the middle of the floor. Very unsightly.

This place is so great! All the staff are friendly (except one cashier who always seemed annoyed). The place is always clean and the food is good. When I leave feedback they actually seem to listen to suggestions! This Panera should be used as a training template for all other Paneras!

I just came back home from Panera Bread; I just dont understand why the sales person was pushing me around obligating me to place my order quick I was the only one in the store today at 6:10 am, she was like throwing away my food in the bags. Very rude. Very bad service at this location.

Good food, came in for a meeting. Was abruptly interrupted and told to leave by a manager for no apparent reason. We were 20+ respectable paying customers and were not talking or being disruptive to the general public. The conensis between us all is that we will not be returning.

By far my favorite Panera, friendly service, a lovely patio area, a drive through, and a good selection thats almost always well stocked. The only reason I dont give it five stars is because its so great that everybody wants to go there and the line is often long.

Panera has always been the best fresh/healthy/ fast food chain. Ive been going to this one for 15 years and they are always able to hire friendly staff and they keep the place very clean (and this is a high volume store). Always a great place to eat.

they always mess up my order or forget something.... called and complained one day about them giving me the wrong soup and they said they would mail me a coupon for free soup.. well its been 2 months and still no coupon

You seem to get ripped off ordering through the drive thru. Tiny portions for what you pay for and my order has been wrong several times. I usually enjoy Panera but Im tired of over paying for a poor quality salad.

I am slowly loosing faith in Panera quality. It feels like everytime I visit one, there is always something that gets screwed up. Got 1 Greek dressing and 1 Caesar dressing with my Caesar salad via drive through.
