One of the employees Kierra was rude to my wife on the phone, she called to place an order at around 8:40p.m to pick up at 9:50p.m and was asking about the Penn Station app, wondering if I her husband could use a screenshot of her bar code on the app to get my free sub, they said we could. Shes like well we close at 10 to my wife, which I understand. This only being my second time going there, didnt know how to use the app but I did mention that I was suppose to get a free sub and Kierra said to me, "I scanned what ever you brought up on the phone", which didnt make my sub free because she scanned the wrong thing. Now this being my second time I didnt know and she wasnt any help and she had an attitude the whole time for no apparent reason. If you hate your job quit. The other employees are nice and we always tip, but she got nothing and never will, at least not from us. .

It cost me $9 for a 6" Italian, small fries, and a fountain drink. So, its on the expensive side of things. That being said, its largely worth it. I came at a non peak hour and waited 5 minutes. This tells me youre going to be waiting a while if you come at lunch time because its an assembly line-style gig. The sandwich was wonderful. I could really taste the meats, the bread was fresh. Its an obvious difference from subway and Jimmy Johns. If youre into cold cut meat subs, you owe it to yourself to come grab an Italian from this place. The fries are so-so, but can grow on you towards the end. Staff was very friendly, restaurant is clean. Make sure you bring a coat, though, if youre sensitive, must have the place at 67.

Amazing experience! Food was top notch as the other penn stations we had been to, but costumer service in this particular location was a great bonus. We came in around 8:45 pm and the place was so clean and the employees so welcoming. We initially wanted to take the subs home, but we changed our minds and the cashier accommodated us immediately. The manager even asked us how our meal was and as I slurped the last bit of their delicious lemonade (staple of this place by the way), he offered a refill. What a great service! Thanks guys for doing a great job

Okay, so first of all this place just opened up down the street. I was skeptical about any new food place, there are a least 3 sub shops within a mile. LET ME TELL YOU ! The service is amazing, they smile, and the food is unique and delicious. You wont be wasting your money here, you will be buying into an addiction for food!

This place was great! No pressure to make a decision. Very friendly workers. I sat outside and they brought my food out to me. After I was done, a kid that worked there was on his way back in from his break and took my basket inside for me. First time there and will be back :)

Tried this place a couple of times because theyre close. The subs are decent but over-priced and take a long time to make, even if you opt out of having it grilled. Took me 15 minutes to get a cold italian sub. Call ahead even if youre ordering for one.

Very good subs. Much different than anywhere else. Buns are long and thin, kind of like a french roll? Very good. Fries are sliced and cooked to order. Sign up for their mailing list, get some free stuff.

One of the best subs that I have had in quite some time! I had the chicken courden bleu and it was simply amazing. I didnt experience any long wait, I placed my order, and was out in just a few minutes.

The sandwiches are good. I had the Philly. I didnt add any pizza sauce to it, as I was offered. The fries are delicious. To drink, I got a gallon of the lemonade to go.
