I had, without any contest, the absolute best fast food experience of my life on this day. An African American male came over the speaker with the friendliest tone I have ever heard through a speaker and took the time to ask how my day was, and after asking him the same he even thanked me for it. I was cautious to request extra drumsticks because I almost always get an irritated tone back and he had seemed so happy. I didnt want to ruin it but he enthusiastically assured me hed be happy to do it and even asked what I preferred to switch them out for. I was so blown away. Then when I saw he wasnt working the window I was a little disheartened because I wanted to thank him, his positivity put me in a good mood. To my surprise the girl with dirty blonde hair was also smiling warmly and just as friendly as her coworker had been. She also asked me how I was and was incredibly polite. I have never seen or heard anyone in such good spirits working at fast food. These interaction put me in such a great mood and that is truly priceless. Thank you.

Totally Horrible!! Went through Drive thru today for just a 20 pc Honey Bbq and a small wedge. With a seperate bill of the $20 fill up box and was refused service for the fill up box. Along with waiting for these undone wings to be finished. It wasnt until I was home. My Son and fiance were eating RAW HONEY BBQ WINGS with blood in every bite how dangerous I am very disappointed at KFC horrible horrible experience

They need you hire more professional employees and also improve on quality of fresh food because there was a time I completely got sick because of the food I got from this location because of how old it was I cant believe there was a manager on staff that would allow that to be served.

Service was horrible. Woman behind the counter kept rolling her eyes as we were ordering our lunch. When our food was ready she slammed the food on the counter. To top it off the food all tasted burnt. Never going back and I suggest no one else does.

Horrible. If you want grilled chicken dont go here. We werent informed that they didnt have grilled chicken until after we paid and then had to wait 15 minutes for the manager to get out of the bathroom to get our money back. Terrible customer service.

Went thru the drive thru And WOW! Loved the welcoming cashiew on the pther side! His name is John and he was very helpful, nice, and re read out order back to us to make sure that everything was good! Definitely coming back!

Horrible. Made us wait 20 minutes for cold half filled boxes of popcorn chicken. The $5 large boxes were literally only half full- I couldnt feed my entire family. Manager was "to busy" to talk to us.

Great service! Had to wait 15 minutes on fresh original recipe chicken 12 piece meal but they gave me extra sides and biscuits. And it was dinner rush.
