We were in the booth labeled 85 (Tonight, a Thursday night) and our server was a tall, skinny guy with a beard and light brown hair. Everything was fine and the food was decent, even if it took a long time to get it, up until the server kept returning every few minutes and pushily asking us if there was anything else he could get us, while also telling us to take our time. He also mixed up our sodas and didnt leave me a pen to write the tip and total with, which would have been fine except for what happened when we got up to leave. We were there a long time because we had a picky 5 year old with us who eats very slowly and also smacked her head on the table while being an obnoxious 5 year old. It took forever for her to stop crying. Finally when I was finishing up my fries, the server comes back to the table and begins angrily snatching up garbage, and he took the bills and looked at them while we were still there. He was not pleased with his tip and had the audacity to confront us about it, loudly and in front of his whole section, saying that he had to tip out at the end of the night and that he was losing money on this table and to keep that in mind. I dont know what my friend tipped him, but he wasnt an exceptional server, ignored the basic etiquette rules of serving, and made me feel rushed, like I was inconveniencing him the entire time we were there. I left him a 15% tip, he didnt earn a 20%. I shouldnt have left him one at all. This is not the first time I have had a rude server here, but it will be the last time. I have never had a server behave in such a way towards me before. I will not be returning to this Buffalo Wild Wings.

I was there couple months ago n I asked them to prepare my food to dine in, and I repeated myself few times the girl finally understood, n then I got there they boxed my food n the girl who took my order walks in and the manager comes out n I told him how I wanted it n he sit there n explain to me they dont service like that, well, u could of told me that on the phone , n then I walked out, another time I went there and the waitress was being rude when I asked her Wheres my hummus that comes with the salad, n they tell me they ran out, y didnt u tell me that when I ordered my salad? Well since this happen to me twice, they will never get my business again, even though I wasnt gonna leave her any tip for being rude n the manager even admitted to me that he told the waitress to fix the bill cuz it was missing the hummus, how screwed up is this place, dont worry u dont need any of my business, cuz i usually hang out with like 5-8 people every time.

I am writing this 5 min after walking out of this restaurant before I could even order. After our waitress brought us our waters she asked if we were ready to order. This was only minutes after we were seated, so I told her it would be a few minutes. Apparently this is appalling to say, as she gave me that wide-eyed, shocked stare like I just slapped her first-born. A near 30 minutes passed before we realized she wasnt coming back to serve us. Numerous times she would walk right past us, even make eye contact with us, but we were never able to place our order with her. She could often be found sitting at the bar with her apparent friends and chatting with other employees while we were patiently waiting for some service. Dont know if Ill be coming back to this restaurant.

I USE to LOVE B-Dubs. Unfortunately this one particular restaurant ruined it for ALL stores. I got a carry out for two people ... no drinks but one appetizer. My total was $50 !! Here I am thinking "Oh the price has got to be worth it!" ... MOST DEFINITELY NOT. I was EARLY and my food was still cold. Most pieces of the b.o wings were fat , they tasted old. The wedges were even bad. Friendly people but HORRIBLE FOOD. I suggest everyone to use the extra gas and try the bdubs on Walton in Rochester. Unfortunately I wont even take that risk after my visit with this one. Youve been warned !

One of the worst restaurant experiences Ive ever had. Ordered delivery through GrubHub. Was told it would take about 45 minutes. Took almost 2 hrs. Food was cold. I mean completely cold. Ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich. It came with no buffalo sauce. When I called to complain, manager basically blew me off. Didnt even apologize and argued with me that the "Sauce should be on the side". Checked and double checked the bag, no sauce. Was unceremoniously told if I wanted to complain, to do it online. There is no way in hell I would ever go back here.

Was in a hurry to go to the movies so i couldnt bring back the food when i seen it was a complete mess. I didnt eat all day so i was looking for something around the area. Im glad i dont eat here much. When i called in the order i had to repeat myself about 5 times before she got the right order. Then when i got my food the sandwhich was a complete mess. My husband told me i should bring it back in but we were on our way to the movies & i didnt have time to deal with all that. Not in my moneys worth for this place.

I always get carryout, probably 20 times in the last 3 years. Its been cold only twice, and the one time I complained they offered a free/replacement order next time I came in. Sometimes it takes a bit to get someone to see me waiting to pick-up my food, but when they do appear theyre always friendly. They relocated in the plaza about a year ago, and the new restaurant looks phenomenal compared to the old one. Would definitely consider eating in if any of my friends could afford BDubs lol.

This location is my favorite and thats why I am giving it the additional star. Even before the remodel, the staff was fantastic as we were regulars. With the remodel and the prices that have been bumped up several times, I had to bump the star back down. The food is just not worth the price they charge. The beers on tap here are always great. They carry Final absolution on tap and serve it as a 20 oz. One of my favorite places to go watch a football game.

The manager here would rather watch what games HE prefers than a majority of his customers. During one particular game, most patrons were cheering for the game NOT on audio in the restaurant. When asked if we could change the game audio playing (while his preferred game was at halftime!) , we were told "Absolutely not!". Besides the manager issues, the food is usually good and out of the kitchen quickly, and service is usually pretty good too.

A tall skinny worker by the name of Mike had the audacity to tell me that I had not tipped him enough because my tip ($3.37) was less than a dollar under the recommended. Ive never been confronted about a tip like that ever, and I wasnt gonna break a $50 to give him an extra dollar. He should have been happy with what I gave him. Oh, and my boneless wings only had what seemed like a drop of honey barbeque.
