Stopped here for lunch during a business trip driving from Saginaw to Port Huron. Seems to be a local favorite as it was filled with the elderly, mostly having breakfast. Big boy serves breakfast all day. I had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. The steak and potatoes were smothered with sausage gravy. They do not serve you rolls not any bread with this meal. I asked for some bread. They brought me what they call a garlic roll, which in Texas, it would be called Texas toast. My meal was OK

Sat for a long time waiting for a waitress to ask what we would like to drink, then needed coffee refills, needed pop refills, waitress forgot to put my 7 year olds food order in, asked for extra toppings on pancakes, didnt get it, very disappointed in one of my favorite places to eat breakfast.

Waited 10 minutes to be sat. 15 minutes after being sat the manager confronted our waitress but never acknowledged us. The waitress waited until our appetizer was done to bring us our drinks and then never refilled our drinks. Worst customer service and management Ive seen in an establishment

Very friendly and personable staff all around. Service is great! Very clean and recently renovated. Food is very good and wait time is minimal. Waitresses are very sociable. Ask for Shannyn if you visit during day hrs.

Its a chain restaurant, the food is typically the same at all of them. Our waitress wasnt the best, I think she forgot about us for a while. We asked for waters, didnt her them. Facilities are clean, inviting.

Was served raw chicken in the chicken alfredo. The manager was nice enough to not charge me for the chicken alfredo but thats not the point. That should never happen at a professional establishment.

When we pass through town, we try to stop here before hitting the road. Just the right amount of food. I like getting something from the breakfast menu and the kids like their sandwiches/burgers.

Ordered scramble eggs and they came out with a grey tint, then they offer to fix them and came back almost like rubber. The manager did offer to try and fix again but instead took it off the bill.

5 people in the place 3 waitresses. Took 5 minutes to get seated and we sat for 15 minutes before leaving still not even meeting our waitress! Go if you have 4 hours to waste
