First time ordering and we had to call them after an hour to find out where our order was. We were told that our order went out with 5 others. We requested a new order be made since the delivery had been out 40 minutes and was guaranteed to be cold. When the delivery arrived they had forgotten our Pepsi, didnt add the extra sauce we paid for, the boneless wings had gristle and the food was still cold. The driver also showed up with one of his friends rising passenger with him, not an employee but a friend. They offered a 15$ credit but not even that will get us to order from here again. When the quality of your food is questionable your service shouldnt be awful.

I have ordered from this Pizza Hut for several years and always received good service and a quality meal. Last night, I picked up a pizza and wings because the wait for delivery was 55 minutes to slightly over an hour. When I arrived I was not greeted and noticed the person making the food was not wearing gloves, however gloves were on the table. Out of all the kitchen staff I saw one person grab for gloves.My wings were drenched in sauce and not very good. Again, Ive typically received good service, but these things are the basics for a restaurant give good service, push out quality food, and wear gloves and hats while preparing food.

The girl seemed surprised when I asked her what the specials were over the phone. She told me there is a 2 small or 2 medium special. So I ordered the 2 medium and ordered bread sticks. My wife (not affiliated with PH) informed me that they have a 2 pizza, 2 sides deal for $20. I inquired about it at pick-up. The same employee from the phone smiles and says " umm.... yeah, thats the big box". That will be $19.05. This is my 1st time back to PH in 6mos to 1yr. I am already disappointed. Maybe next time I will try Howies. :-(

I called my neighborhood Pizza Hutt at 10:30 on a Saturday night. I was told I couldnt order because they were about to close at 11:00 pm. What kind of crap is that. Thats horrible customer service. Why lie to the people who keep you with a job. I was going to pick up too, which makes it even worse. I decided to write a review this time, but its not my first complaint. They didnt deliver our soda the last 3 times we ordered.

Im done with buying pizza from this pizza hut. Sometimes the food is fine, sometimes its undercooked or there is something else really wrong with it. The wife and I just threw out $20+ worth of pizza and bread sticks because it was terrible. I wont take my chances or waste money again at this pizza hut.

Everytime Ive ordered wings with ranch and have it delivered, they always act like its a bother to bring me what I ordered that they forgot! So we order wings and go pick them up ,ordering extra ranch. Get home, and no flippin ranch! Im so done!

This place is horrible. They are incompetent. They forget to add items that you ordered then offer you a store credit. Then on top of that the pizza is very undercooked. I will never order from here again.
