Of all the five guys that I eat at in metro this one is my favorite. Reason being they are the most generous with extra fries. Im not sure if its part of their policy to give extra but they do. And since they are more generous Im willing to travel further to buy from their location. So they get my money. For a fast food joint it rates so high because of flavor. But as you can see from the photos its greasy. And whether you dine in or takeout you get the same brown bag. Only suggestion Id make is change Heinz ketchup to the organic high corn fructose syrup FREE version. Burgers are customizable. However it seems that light condiments doesnt register. You get same amount of mustard whether you ask for light or regular. Fries are cook skin on. So that means minimal cleaning. See photo. Service is friendly and location is clean. Parking is horrendous, limited and tight spaces.

The staff is very polite and work well as a team. BUT I placed my order at 1030am to be picked up at 12:15 and when I got there they hadnt even started making it even though their website says the only thing not made until you get there is your fries and shakes. I didnt end up getting my food until 12:30 and once I got my very simple grilled cheese, the cheese wasnt even melted! I waited 15 minutes longer than I was suppose to for a grilled cheese that was just a warm bun with cold unmelted cheese on it. And in those 15 minutes they served at least 10 people with all kinds of orders.

Absolutely worst experience. The food mediocre at best, perhaps I could have enjoyed it more if I had not been EAR RAPED by the LOUD,LOUD,LOUD music blaring. The staff were helpful. I had to ask to have the table wiped down, but the young lady was very happy to do so. They did forget to put the bacon on my burger as requested, however the young man was very nice in correcting my order. All in all kudos to the workers, but I will never come back, unless I am go deaf.

I order the cheese burger with mushroom and grilled onions and fries. What a disappointment for it being my first time at this place. First of all the burger had no seasoning on it, at all, just boring!! ..Second, the fries were terribly greasy...very disappointing, they didt even try to put a pinch of salt on them!! Really!!.. and for what I paid makes no sense at all...I should have went to McDonalds for lunch.

I love this location. It is clean, well kept, right off the main road, and has very friendly employees. I was greeted promptly by a young lady and also received a nice big cup for water. The burgers have nice buns and the meat is cooked to-order with a tremendous selection of toppings available. There are nice songs playing, nice pictures on the wall, as well as peanuts. I highly recommend.

Ok.... maybe its me (I dont think so) but the fries are terrible! Lack of flavor and druppy. The burger was good, but nothing to write home about. If they had crisper fries, then its a different story. I have always thought that French fries will tell the story of the burger joint. Crappy fries mediocre to bad food.

I have tried this place already 4 times here in Miami. The price was outrageous. For a small burger, small fires and a coke it came out to $12. I understand real burgers being expensive but not a small one like this. The food wasnt bad but I most likely will not be going anymore. I gave it more than enough chances.

Dont bother trying to save time by calling ahead because they dont answer the phone. My time is very limited and it helps to call ahead for things whenever I can. I thought this was a one time ocorance but no this has happened 3 times. I will be enjoying 5 guys at a different location going forward.

The food was mediocre and the service was just horrible. First they forgot my shakes then they forgot to put bacon on my bacon burger and each time I went up there to address the problem they treated me like it was my fault and were very rude. Will not be coming back.

This used to be our go to place for burgers, but recent staff changes have also changed the quality and friendliness of the place. Fries where half done and burgers were over done. Staff was low energy. I miss the guys who used to be there!

Amazing burgers, but if youre alone I would skip the fries. They are very tasty, but the portions are so large that you will end up throwing away the equivalent of 3 orders of fries at a normal place. I am not exaggerating.

Very great place if you love food poisoning and dirty lazy staff my boyfriend and I had dinner there @ 830pm on Jan 5th 2017 by 1am we were so sick. Waiting for osha to call us back this is not the first case reported

Simply the best burgers and fries! The burgers are cooked to order so theyre fresh. The same goes for the fries. Plus, the people that work there are fast, efficient and really nice and polite. Simply awesome!

This is one of the better five guys locations. They are responsive to special requests on the fries, and only skimp slightly on the fry over-pour during the large rusges, and no other times.
