I finally have to let this off my chest. For the life of me I cant understand why they are so horrible at speaking on the phone. Just about every single time I call to place an order, they will put me on hold. And when Im put on hold, more likely than not they accidentally hang up or simply forget that Im on hold and I wait for what seems like forever. Ive put up with this for years but this last time was the final straw. I just called to place an order, and of course the guy puts me on hold. And of course, he accidentally hangs up... AS USUAL. I called back and told him he hung up on me and he said sorry. Then I proceeded to place my order. Instead of acknowledging what I said, hes just silent. Theres a long pause so I asked if hes still on the phone. He finally talks and says "yea can you hold on for a second?" So I wait as theres a long silent pause on the phone and then he finally takes my order. When Im done placing my order, again he simply says nothing at all. He doesnt say thank you well see you soon or itll be about 10 minutes or whatever NORMAL people will say to acknowledge that they took your order and everything is good to go... he just says nothing. So I ask him "are we all set?" Again, just silence, but hes still on the phone because I can hear background noise. I said "are you there?" Still just silence. So I wait on the phone just to see if he even remembers he was just speaking to someone on the phone, because honestly this guy just seems incredibly slow. Then he just hangs up without saying anything. I know reading this it doesnt sound like a big deal and people think Im overreacting. If this only happened once, then yes Im overreacting. But this happens just about every single time I call them. Its incredibly annoying to have to deal with these people who seem like complete idiots once a phone is pressed against their ears. And yes, I know I can place an order online, but thats besides the point. Its the principle of the matter. Why cant you guys just act and behave like normal people on the phone? Why is it always such a chore to speak to any of you over the phone?

All in all this one sucks!! They do give alot of fries, which I guess most people like, but they leave the skins on, which I think is gross and theyre soggy. I really like their new drink machines, they give you the most variety around. The food has the potential to be great, but I cant tell you how many times they have messed up our order. Id say at least 50% of the time. We stopped going for 5 months when the size of the patty was about 1/2 the size its suppose to be! I was shocked! Ive never experienced this before at ANY restaurant. When I called to complain the "manager" choose to blame a new employee and was reluctant to replace our order. We stopped coming here for about 5 months or so after that. We recently decided to give it another shot after expressing our concerns to another manager who blatantly lied to our face, assuring us that that "manager" who didnt own up to his failure was gone from this location. Then we saw that "manager" working here about a week later. They are friendly enough, but they have failed to add condiments, even thought its clearly on the receipt. Just recently they undercooked our burgers...I mean they were pink! I dont not like raw meat and found this absolutely disgusting! Thats the last time! Ive had it with this place. It has steadily gone downhill from the first time weve experienced it. I regret tipping them about 50% of the time, actually. If youre not too picky this might be a great place for you, but for us its too expensive for the potential of good food..

Good burgers. The ""little" burger is a good size. The regular is a double patty. The prices are as high as I would want them for the value but within reason. Fries are great. The regular (medium) size will cover three people no problem. Meat quality is very good as is ingredient/toppings quality. 1 big strike in my world though-they use canned mushrooms instead of fresh. Not cool! The free peanuts while you wait are awesome. Service is fast and burgers, while cooked to order, come up in about 5 minutes. The people working there are always friendly. Parking is easy and ample. The décor is likes all Five Guys, reprints of reviews singing their praises. Thats a little annoying but whatever. The have hot dogs too. Maybe next timer on the dogs...

I love that everything is fresh and made to order. The burgers taste like the ones off my own gas grill and the toppings are crisp and flavorful. Bun has the perfect amount of "chew" to it. I ordered a regular fry but they actually just shoveled a whole scoopful into the bag, more than overflowing the already-big fry cup (which fits nicely into a cupholder, by the way). The taste and texture of the fries is just like Penn Station, along with the whole philosophy of the sub chain: Make it fresh, with the best ingredients and friendly service, and people will gladly spend $10 on a fast food lunch.

You know I usually love Five Guys but this last visit I made about 10 minutes ago was beyond "unsatisfactory". I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger, All The Way (ketchup, mustard, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, lettue, pickles, and mayo) with Jalapenos. What I got instead was a burger with two patties, no bacon, no jalapenos, no mustard, no pickles, one piece of lettuce, and little amounts of everything else. I mean, if they leave out one topping, fine. But this was just not what they used to do. I was extremely unsatisfied, yet had no way to complain because I took it out of the store right away.

Amazing burger. Amazing fries. Good employees and fast service. Burgers are super tasty. Got a full size bacon cheeseburger which is about a half pound. Added onion, lettuce, mayo&ketchup, and sauteed mushrooms, green peppers, and jalapenos. All toppings fresh and free. Ordered cajun fries. Huge pile. Fresh cut, super tasty. Free peanuts to eat while you wait for order to cook fresh(about 10 mins). Total damage about $9.00. Amazing value. Kudos!

Typical Five Guys. Great food and options for your burger or dog. Fries are a must, but the sizes are huge, so a "Little" fry order is more than enough for one person, even the extra hungry of us. It gets pretty busy at lunch time with little room to wait, but there is ample seating area if you want to dine in.

This is our go-to place when we feel like clogging our arteries a little :) The burgers are always excellent, love the fries and always have a cup of peanuts while waiting for our order to be ready. Cant think of anything negative about the place. Certainly recommend it!

I love this place! Every time I place an online order its amazing to come in see a team having fun and my order just awaiting the fries. The burgers are at this point understood to be absolutely amazing and I love ordering from these guys. Ps Dont forgot your shake, Yum!
