No matter when you call you will still wait for your food. I have been going here for years and it has been the same since day one. Very annoying for all who are standing there waiting . Maybe they want your food to be fresh but by the time I drive it home it would be the same anyways. So even if you call 45 minutes in advance you will still have to wait. I have made my last purchase here as this week I called and ordered a full slab of ribs and a rib snack. I specifically asked if it came with broasted potatoes and coleslaw and as the slab was $30 something I assumed it did as on line showed as 21.99 for a whole slab . I was told that the potatoes and coleslaw came with and was disappointed to find no potatoes or slaw for the full slab when I got home. It may have been a communication issue on the phone as the guy was anxious to hang up anyway being so busy as to not listen to what I was asking. . I also got no coleslaw for the rib snack. There was hardly any sauce on the ribs...very dry. Way too much money to have such a disappointing meal. Waiting for the new rib place on Main Street to open

Great chicken at an affordable price. Pickup is usually ready in 15-20 minutes, and the prices are very competitive. Lunch combos are a great deal. The potato sides are fantastic. Chicken is moist and flavorful if a little greasy at times. Better than KFC in my opinion (more reliably high quality and often faster and more polite service), so Ive been coming here ever since Faymous Chicken closed.

I work in Troy at a bank and ordered lunch for the first time from here. 9$ boneless chicken. They forgot the ranch I asked for which mean it came with no sauce besides a few ketchup packets. And it was definitely not the correct portion for 9$. Can literally go to any other lunch place in the area and get closer to a 9$ value. Never going here again

Staff is always friend. Most times my food is ok. However this last visit, the potatoes werent thoroughly cooked and the coleslaw was dry. I should have checked. No one there looked over 19. Im assuming they dont have a lot of experience cooking.

Nothing special. If you want flavor go to Windsor Ontario Canada and get FLINGS Chicken on Wyandotte street. I had a combo pick two (cod and tender bites). The food had lots of oil if that is your kind of taste. I did like the bbq sauce.

6 employees working- NO ONE wearing gloves at all. Employees eating right out of fryer basket. Open area for customers to see everything. Refunded our order . Will not return until cleaned up.
