The food at Five Guys Burgers & Fries is ok, but not great. Its nice that they make you a burger to order with everything that you could possibly want on it, but the burger quickly becomes a giant, sloppy, **stinky!!** mess! Furthermore, your hands will stink like a hamburger for hours after you eat here because there is just something about their food that makes the smell linger (unless you eat it w/ a knife and fork, but who eats a burger like that?!). Along with your stinky burger, youll be given a huge pile of **soggy** french fries! Yay! Regardless of whether you ask them to make the fries crispy, they come out soggy! They are also soooo greasy that it makes oil stains on the paper bag in which they are delivered to you. Ooph! If you are at all concerned about your health and diet, you might choose to go elsewhere for dinner. If not, then head on in for a burger & fries! No doubt youll be in a food coma in no time! :)

I go to Five Guys fairly often in different places AZ, CA, and MI. Always great service and usually great food. Wish I could say the same here! There seems to be a disconnect with management: - we called ahead, 15 minutes before we showed up. Ive now paid for the food, sat down (expected to grab and go, since he said "10 minutes" on the phone)... and Im still waiting. - no ketchup - trash cans full - no soap in bathroom Just surprised - normally Five Guys is on top of it.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I placed an order on the phone, and when I got there, my burgers were ready. The employee then proceeded to put my burgers in a bag and throw it on top of the fry machine, where they sat for the next 20 minutes while they took care of everyone elses orders before mine. When I confronted the guy about it, he said "my bad, aint no thing" That place has went down hill! We will never waste our money there again.

This place usually is good. But i had 5 guys today after many months (i dont eat fast food much) i love the fries & thats basically the only reason i got food from here. I had a carry out. I came back home & i could tell the fries were double fried.....they were disgusting. That upset me. I except that from mcdonalds but not 5 guys! I guess thats the world telling me i dont need that food anyway.

Staff is pretty awesome with the customers, typically whoever you talk to is friendly and food is made in a timely manner. Havent had a bad burger from here yet, sometimes they go over board on the condiments but thats getting really picky. I eat here usually every Friday night after work and I keep coming back try them out if you havent already!

I order online so I just walk in and let them know I am there at which point they put the fries in the fryer so they are always fresh and amazing. In the years I have been eating Five Guys I have never had a bad burger always tasty and delicious.

The taste is excellent, but Im finding that theres always a 5-10 minute wait inside, even if I call ahead for my order. To save $, ask for the little burgers, which are plenty big for most people!

Great burgers fast. Not just another hamburger. The next best thing to a home cooked burger. And a hearty portion of fries. Heres a tip, get a small fry unless youre sharing with 2 to 3 people.
