Im only giving this review a rating of one star because I cant go any lower. My wife and I decided to visit so I could try Boston Market Summer BBQ Rib meal. The ribs I got were so rubbery that they snapped back at me as if I were trying to unhook a Playtex Cross Your Heart Bra. It was like there was an elastic belt woven through both halves of the ribs. The green beans were rubbery as well. The only things I enjoyed were the mashed potatoes with gravy and the corn bread. My wife is a chicken and turkey junky, but she couldnt finish the turkey she ordered. The staff were professional but a little slow, but to their credit, they didnt blink an eye when we asked for our money back. That was the best part of the visit. We took our refund and went to the Jewish Deli two doors over. Although the counter person gave us a coupon for a free meal on our next visit, Im afraid this visit has soured us away from Boston Market for a very long while. I dont mind trying new promotions now and then, but I hate playing Russian Roulette with my money when it comes to eating out. Sorry guys, but Boston Market was a BIG swing and a miss on this night.

Never ordered catering from this location. Every time I have ordered from Boston Market of Southfield for corporate events they have managed to mess the order up. They are usually late and dont bring the correct order so you end up having to wait 30-45 minutes for the correct order to arrive. If you need food delivered by a certain time save yourself some hassle and order from somewhere else.

First of all, I think Boston Market food is delicious. It is pretty close to homemade. They offer sides you dont get anywhere else, like creamed spinach and squash. Yum. I also like the people who work at this location. They are very friendly and dont mind answering my stupid questions. I recommend both Boston Market and this location.

Thank you so much. Unfortunate circumstances didnt allow me to cook Christmas dinner this year. I ordered the family of 5 meatloaf and was very pleased. The candied yams were delicious as well as the mac-n-cheese. Very satisfied.

This is the worst Boston Market. My turkey bowl arrived with no mashed potatoes. The door wasnt even open at 11:05 and the people move like turtles. They look at you like youre inconveniencing them by being a customer.
