Was just overcharged, and when I asked about it, I was told the menu at the drive thru was wrong. His response to my false advertisement comment : the world is full of false advertisement... Me: no its not, how so?, him: well it costs me money to breathe in this world! It wasnt until the third time I said it was fine, I would be calling corperate, that he made the adjustment! When I got my food, there were FIVE people are the window to deliver, and the guy who took my order was out of my line of site, but made the nice loud comment that he could have given me the change of of his pocket! I already knew the principle of the matter (overcharging based on advertised price) was beyond his grasp, but the change comment proved it.

I have been going to this location since 1997 and i dont know what changed but for about the last year this location has become the worst location of any franchise i have ever patronised. There is always something going wrong. Be it them being out of basic things like cups or having no prepared taco meat or turning customers away because their computers go down litterally multiple times a week or taking 25 minutes to get through a 10 car line ( which at that point its spilling out onto 11mile because the lot is so small). Ive been in food service for 15 years and i know things can get hectic but the way this location handles their business is absolutely unnacceptable.

It was quick and everything but I have some major complaints. My husband wanted a beefy crunch burrito, but they dont have those anymore. Now they have the beefy Fritos burrito. So, when I ordered the beefy crunch burrito, I was told "we dont have those anymore" and was left to find the beefy Fritos burrito on the menu myself! What an outrage!! We pulled up to the window and got asked what kind of sauce we wanted. I batted my eye lashes and said "hot please". Much to our dismay upon arriving home, we found three sauce packets. THREE. Gone are the data when they throw 60 sauce packets at you, now j dont get enough to cover your food!! Thanks a lot Hilary Clinton!!

This is the slowest Taco Bell that I have ever been to. I have been coming for the past year or so and it gets slower every time. But you know- its delicious taco bell and its the only one around, so Im back. Honestly Im sitting in line right now- waited 7 minutes for the one car at the order box to be asked for his order, pulled forward, waited 5 minutes for them to ask me for my order, pulled forward 1 spot, havent moved in 10 minutes and there are at least 4 cars ahead of me. I went inside once and there was only one other person in there waiting for food and it took 20 minutes.

Thet let me wait in snowy day before i order i told them i cant keep my window open, then i ordered 2 chicken ques. When i came to window she closed the window on me when i talked to her. Then i told her Im not fill up a good survey since waiting for more than 20 mins as uber driver loosing the surges. They gave me my order without a receipt so i asked for receipt they told me the system down and cant give receipt. So i fill up this survey and tomorrow am calling the corporate how rude challenging the customer.

I cannot handle this Taco Bell. Their employees shut down their "menu" almost an hour before they close because it takes them too long to make. How is management okay with this? Better yet how is corporate okay with this? Losing business everyday cus now we go somewhere else every Friday and Saturday night for food. Taco Bell, are these seriously the best employees you can find?? Maybe management needs to get their heads out of their butts and figure out how to manage their store.

Horrible experiences, I live close by and visit this Taco Bell frequently Ive had multiple wrong orders, rude service and most recently I was hung up on by the night shift after telling them they got my order wrong. I will be contacting the general manager and I will never go back here again... I cant believe these people think they are worth $15 an hour.. Minimum wage almost seems like too high of a pay for these incompetent workers

This is by far the best taco bell experience Ive had in my life. These people work HARD every time I go there. Turning out tacos for everyone who goes there. Ive been to a decent amount of taco bells in the metro Detroit area, and this one is by far one of, if not, the best taco bells ever! Ive had numerous mistakes and issues with other taco bells, but never this one. This staff deserves recognition. And maybe some raises.

So, this isnt a rating of Taco Bell itself...but the location and quality. The drives thru moves at a snails pace. Perhaps youve noticed this location when youve almost hit a car that was half parked on the road while in line for the drive thru? The quality is good. The staff is pretty nice. Overall it is 900000000x better than the location on 12 mile in Madison Heights, which is the worst Taco Bell in North American.

Clearly mismanaged. Ive been turned away on two different occasions with drive thru employee citing that are closed. Store times clearly state they are open until 3am so I dont understand how the store can be closed at 7:50pm? With no logical answer coming from the fast food worker, I must conclude lazy employees are running rampant in a poorly managed taco Bell restaurant.

Terribly managed. I just sat in a drive thru line where the same car was at the front for 20 minutes. People were leaving the line. Heres an idea, if something is going to take awhile to make, tell the customer to wait in a parking space for the rest of their order. That way you dont hold up the line like morons. The wait is always atrocious at this Taco Bell.

WHAT TAKES THEM SO LONG TO MAKE FAST FOOD?!?! No seriously, how does a Taco Bell that can park 5 cars, and a drive thru that can hold 5 cars, take 15 minutes to get my the food I am buying. I dont understand. Someone from Taco Bell explain that. I stayed cause it tastes so good but jeez!! I even called the store. No answer. There is no excuse for this.

Good food but the drive thru is consistently the slowest Ive ever experienced. Dont think Ive ever been through in less than 15 minutes. Update: once again i find myself sitting in the drive thru, waiting as my car slowly runs out of gas waiting in line. Again, I ask myself why i continue to subject myself to this mental anguish.

Hell is being hungry and having to wait in this drive through line for your mediocre tacos from this place. P.S. my friend wanted to mention that dinning room closed 19 minutes early tonight. He is obese and I am worried that he might have a heart attack from sheer dissappointment as a result. Way to go taco bell.

Terrible place to eat. Every time I eat here the food comes out cold, and the ingredients are just slopped together. you can tell the employees that work here take no pride in their work and dont care about your food. Im suprised I havent gotten sick from it, to be honest. Never eating here again.
