Ordered a cheeseburger with cheese and ketchup only, and chicken fries. Upon leaving the 10 minute wait at the drive through I checked the burger just to verify and as soon as grabbed it out the bag I could tell there was way to much ketchup. Opened the wrapper and it began to look like a bloody massacre. Then proceeded to look at the chicken fries, after one bite I could tell the were old and dry. So I turned right around and I took the bag inside and asked to speak to the manager and simply said this is unacceptable. She did yell at the cooks and even told one of them to go home for talking back to her. Was offered a free drink and my money back. But after multiple issues with this location I will never come back

Just returned from my weekly Burger King trip. This location constantly gives me issues. For example, today the Bacon King I ordered had half of a piece of bacon on it. Usually, its loaded at any other location I go to. Also, for the fourth time in a row, my onion rings were ice cold by the time I got home and I only live 2 blocks away. I always feel rushed in the Drive-Thru as well. I suggest avoiding this location with how horrible the service and food is. Id give negative stars if I was able. There are much better Burger Kings in the area.

Racism is alive and well at this location. The large black lady that manages this place hates whites. My Mac-n-Cheetos were cold. I ate 11/2 and took them back up for fresh ones, she played 20 questions with me insinuating I had them too long. Really?? So she took the remaining 3 and reheated them, now they are saturated with oil. She was super nice to all the black people that came thru but not so much to the whites

The owner of this "fly trap" of an establishment must not have a care in the world that the food is (was) cold and awful, cust service is null & void, they hire only savants who didnt get past 1st grade, and the smell and filth that hits you right betw the eyes when you enter is disgusting. The food and decor is enough to make a billy-goat puke.

Yeah I went tonight out of the blue - closest B.K. to my house. Super long wait, at least 9 minutes and they were out of the A1 burger and substituted a double cheese. Twice I told the NO ketchup or mustard and there it was. Hard time understanding guy cashier, said I couldnt understand him and still he just mumbled.

We waited probably 5 minutes before someone took our order. They were all in the back working and didnt know we had come in. Other than that the food came out quickly. It was nice to see the young cashier come out into the lobby without being asked and started cleaning and wiping the tables in the lobby area.

This burger king should be shut down. I gave it two chances. The food was disgusting. It was cold and the taste was indescribable. The service was also extremly slow. I was the only person there and it still took almost 20 mins to place my order and get my cold ass food.

Have given this location 3 chances. All 3 times its the worst fast food Ive had. Cold and stale chicken nuggets, burgers taste like they were made the day before, and 2/3 times my order was wrong. Will not be coming back.

Spend $20 and refused to give us an extra packet of ranch. For the money this place is cheap and petty. We came here at night and a teenager gave my gf a hard time and yelled at her through the speaker. So we drove off.

Bad Location - Couple recent but consistent bad experiences. First time took my credit card and never gave it back. Second time, didnt give me my whopper when I ordered the whopper meal. Time to go to Wendys instead.
