A bit over priced. The food is alright. The micheladas are not the best. I know other restaurants that have better micheladas. But over all the place is okay once in a while. Un poco caro aqui. La comida esta bien. Las micheladas no son las mejores conozco otroa lugares con mejores micheladas. San blas es de esos lugares de visitar una vez en mucho tiempo.

My 2nd visit just had to get Molcajete de Carnes again such a unique flavor explosion, yeh I shared this time. The hot steaming bowl filled with Steak, Chicken , Shrimps, Chorizo, Cactus, Cheese n drenched in Mole type sauce, oh yeah peppers n onions too comes with Tortilla, Rice n Beans. Meals start with a bowl of Cheviche a blend of chopped Seafood, Also a very great Steak Fajitas. Place be like a museum decorated in southern Mexico Seaport style. I had high expectations for this place from the reviews online. But when I got there it all went down the drain. To begin with the menu is the same few items presented in different ways and it WAS EXTREMELY OVERPRICED$$$$$$!!! Next my server didnt know the menu at all and it was obvious she didnt like half of the things I asked her. But when my food came out, which was extremely quick, it was hot..... Thats mostly it the food was mediocre at best and isnt a real Mexican seafood experience. But I do give them credit for the fast and hot food and the free ceviche and tostadas. I dont know if Ill be back.

I loved everything about our meal tonight. It was our first experience here. We will definitely come back. I loved the free ceviche as we waited for our food. The menu was beautiful. The decor was fun...and very blue. The service was fantastic. The manager was attentive but not pushy. I ordered the ceviche and my husband ordered some spicy shrimp. And then we ordered tacos to go for my son. Im going to recommend this place to my friends. And post a review on Dearborn in the Raw. Great job. The pricing was very appropriate. Do not let the outside fool you folks. This place is a gem.

I had a great experience. The atmosphere was casual and fun, the music great, service was courteous, friendly and attentive, and the seafood awesome. Ceviche as a complimentary appetizer set the tone! Having lived in New Orleans, I appreciated the bounty and wonderful balance. I especially enjoyed having head-on shrimp, crisp and flavorful octopus, and even enjoyed the mussels; something I typically do not enjoy. So Id recommend this place to everyone.

The drink I had was good. Im sure their foods good too, except for the dish that I ordered. The shrimps were over cooked because it was cooked with everything else. Shrimps can be easily overcooked!! &although it did not state it on the menu, my dish was made of imitation crabs. A LOT of fake crabs. I will surely try something else next time, because the crabs that came with that dish was pretty good.

Second time we have gone, 1st time service and food was on point some bill issues but fixed this time food still great service was so.bad waitress either was very inexperenced or just plain rude and full of herself just an FYI its about the customers satisfaction we expect and want clean glasses and hot tortillas. Manager took care of it but young ones listen to your peers they will teach you well.

The food was good, but when we placed our order for an appetizer it came after the entrees and we had to take it home. Our waitress was great, but it was not her fault. Another waiter brought us the food. We thought he forgot the appetizer, but then he came back with it after serving our entrees. I think the younger wait staff needs a little more training.

This is a unique and awesome atmosphere that will definitely surprise you!!! I came for dinner with my wife and it was delicious! It is a truely tropical "Maricos" taste! I recommend coming here if youre looking for the real Mexican traditional seafood... I know Ill be back

The ceviches are great, as was all the seafood, and the tacos are simply perfect. Also they have daily special menu item - my friend had a seabass wrapped in plantain leaves served with zucchini blossom salad. He loved it. Literally the best Mexican restaurant in Detroit.

I had a full tray of prawns the flavor was outstanding live music was great my only complaint as others have said the wait staff is young and seemed somewhat disinterested. We ordered 6 oysters and they never came but the food was so good I still give it 5 stars

“Great spot for dinner of any type” My wife and I went here for NYE dinner and we had a great experience. The food was delicious, the drink/wine selection was solid, and the ambiance was just right. If you are visiting the D try to fit in a dinner here.

Service was quick and friendly. Very vibrant inside. Server was confused onto what a Bloody Mary/Maria was so I had to Order everything separate. The sides with the entree were a let down. Not sure about the chips and salsa to start either.
