My fiance and I go to Tim Hortons on a pretty regular basis, we love their soups and bagels but.... All in all, I think the serivce here is the slowest service at a "fast-food" location Ive ever experienced. In the mornings theyre pretty quick, but if youre there for dinner, forget about just being "in-and-out." My fiance was once inside the building waiting for a to-go order for 30 minutes! All he ordered was two bowls of soup, and a half of a sandwich, and he said there was only one or two other people waiting for their food as well. We havent waited THAT long since then, but Id still say its about 10-15 minutes before you receive your food. The staff is friendly-ish, but I think they couldnt care less that you have to wait so long for your food. Anyone who isnt working on a food order just stands around chatting, while the person making your sandwich and soup is working frantically to get all the orders done.

they cant even get a large black coffee with a sleeve right! Every day Monday-Friday, I swing in to Tim Hortons after I drop off the kids to school. I order a large black w/sleeve & a medium French Vanilla Cappucino w/sleeve. I say it exactly like this & 90% of the time I get NO sleeve on the Cappucino. Besides NO sleeve...I will find my Cappucino shorted on the amount! Then if I order a large Cappucino, Geez....You will only get a cup full of the medium size. So go figure..............They suck most of the time. Is my $3.15 every morning worth thier shortings????

Its pretty much wasting my time to go here. Not just time but my money too! Cup is never fill up. Ill call and manager Felicia only knows how to say is, "Im sorry". What a joke. I dont even way to give them a 1 star. Then they try to tell ya there is a fill line inside the cup........Okay but there Aint no stinkin fill line. Take ur bifocals off! Train the new people right........first of all need NEW MANAGEMENT. Hi shelley!

I used to live a few miles away and had a Tims close they were great. Friendly, quick, and always had order correct. Since I have moved here and used this location is am very disappointed. Slow, usually wrong, and the rudest staff ever. All kids who could care less and no one around to teach them what good customer service is. I now drive back to my old location thats out of my way.

Horrible customer service! Walked in to order some food and my wife was unsure of what she wanted. The lady taking orders asked us what we wanted and we said it will be a minute. She waited like 20 seconds, at most, threw her hands in the air and walked away saying "alrighty then" with such a pissy attitude. I will take my money elsewhere.

Overall the Tim Hortons chain is great. However, Ive had some bad experiences at certain ones. This particular one has never been either bad or outstanding. They keep a good stock and dont seem to run out of favorites. Staff has always been polite.

Absolutely the RUDEST group of teenagers ever!! Isnt there supposed to be at least ONE adult on site? Then theres a fat bald guy walking around whispering to the staff and laughter.. was I funny? Is this funny? Im not laughing, I am dead serious.

Food was bland. The place was dirty. The child high chairs were disgusting so I just sat my daughter on my lap instead. Clerk was not so enthusiastic about us being there. The donuts were good though. Just dont recommend having lunch there.

When I place an order here, no matter what it be, I hope to have my wallet and credit card out on time because my food / coffee is already in hand. Its extremely clean inside and well-managed. The staff is very friendly and always positive.

I am a hairdresser in the area and go to this tim hortons atleast a couple times a day. Their service is always great, and they never get my coffee wrong. I absolutely love this tim hortons! And I used to be a starbucks guy!

Horrible customer service the last 3 times I have gone. All kids working that do not know how to correctly take orders. They can never hear through the drive thru speaker and are rude when asked to repeat your.

Some of the kids they have working here have a very unfriendly demeanor. Tims in general is not my favorite place for donuts. I would prefer a fresh made donut, theirs come precooked and reheated in the oven.

Walked in to flies in the donut case. Informed the emploeye and he just smiled and nodded. We were told if we wanted fresh donuts it would be 15 minutes. We left with nothing.
