I came in at 12:25 and I had to leave at 12:47. I thought "they could never mess this up. They have 22 minutes to prepare me food." Sadly they messed up. I ordered food like the usual but it was taking forever. Finally I said at 12:45"do you know when my food will be ready?" The nice lady said" 4 more minutes. " I obviously couldnt do that. So I asked for a refund and she said go to the cashier. Well I saw the line of the cashier and it was extremely long. So therefore I just walked out. I gave this place 9 dollars with nothing in return. Yes I know it was a busy lunch hour, but this is not acceptable. Will never go to this place again.

The subs are great . That is the reason I always return . But the wait time is always very long . Even the 6 motivated teenagers behind the counter cant change the fact that they make one or two servings of fresh fries at a time ....there has to be a better system . Also...if you call in advance , you will still have to wait . Thy simply do not serve any fries unless they are fresh ! Im not sure if Im complaining or am impressed . :) Either way , I recommend this place

Really pleased with their catering/large order services. Robbie was really easy to work with and accurately advised how many trays of subs to order for a party of 70. Everything was ready when I arrived to pick it up, several staff were also ready to carry out the 9 trays of subs, boxes of chips and bottles of success as well . I would definitely recommend them to someone providing lunch for a department or office.

This is really good, I had the italian. Its better than jimmy johns (cus I like hot subs), and much better bread than tubbys. Its on par with firehouse, potbelly and jersey mikes. I really liked it but cant say I have a preference between those last three. Ill probably choose whatever is closest when I get hungry! Its most similar style sub to firehouse in my opinion, so if you like that, youll like this too.

They measure out the food the manager told me. The chicken and steak subs are barely anything on it as far as meat. The Italian one is fine with the portion of meat. I got the cordon blu and barely any chicken or ham on it. It really should not be even called a sub especially when you are paying like close to 9 bucks a sub. I am going to try another Penn Station.

I had Penn Stations Italian today for the first time. Wow, it was fantastic. The meat tasted so fresh and it was thick cut so you could actually taste it. The bread was fantastic as well, very fresh. I will be driving right by Tubbys and all the other sub shops to go to Penn Station in the future.

Absolutely some of the best subs. Super tasty quality meats, toppings and fries. Toasted to perfection. The Dagwood, which you can really load all your favorite meats & veggies on, is my favorite!

Best Philly Cheese Steak Ive ever had (and Ive had a lot of them all over the country). We drive all the way from Milford to eat here for lunch sometimes.
