Never going back here again. I gave the lady my order and then at the very end she asked if I wanted it to be a combo... After I had just finished telling her what drink I wanted, fries for a side, and Mardi gras mustard for sauce. So after I realized I must be in a damn time loop I repeated everything I had just said 5 seconds before and moved on to the next item which she got confused for my first item and after a few minutes of confusion she repeated it back. When we got our food, had to ask for the sauces because they forgot them. They forgot our drinks as well, and for some reason when they ask you two different times back to back what kind of chicken you want and sauces they still cant get it right cuz they gave me spicy chicken and ranch instead of the Madi gras mustard. I think Im either in the twilight zone or they might be smoking crack in the bathroom cuz Im not sure what just happened at that shit hole but Im still confused how you could get every item wrong on an order.

Went to Popeyes at noon today as of march 1st. There were 4 employees that was trying to help one customer that was trying to decide what to order. As they were doing that none of them noticed that i was waiting to be served. Waited 5 minutes for them to take notice and take my order. All i wanted was some Cajun fries. It should not have taken 4 employees to help ONE customer when one of them can have taken my order too. None of them apologize for taking too long. This is the 2nd time i had to wait around 5 minutes for some fries. I can understand if they were busy, but they were not.

Joke. Four people after me got there food first. They didnt even notice I was still standing at the counter. Then, when I say I still havent gotten my food they couldnt find the receipt for it. They ran out of the chicken I ordered because the 4 people behind me ordered the same thing. So, I didnt even get what I ordered because it wasnt even dropped yet. When I sit down the group of people behind me, just me, were already done eating. It had taken that long. And, a manager never once said a word to me.

Many of the customers, myself included had to wait for our orders up to 10 mins. This was perfectly fine since the wait was for fresh food. I witnessed the packers asking the customers if they minded waiting since the food that was up was a bit old. The service was great, and the cook was friendly and came to me personally to tell me the remaining time on my wings. I highly recommend this place. I also recommend calling a few minutes prior to your arrival so they can have it fresh when you get there.

Arrived and saw four people standing around waiting for food. Waited 25 minutes for small order. Three individuals in from of me all received wrong food as well after waiting roughly 25 minutes. Cashier was nice though. Would not recommend nor come ever again.

Price was suprisingly high for strips. Ended up with a couple small pieces, most of the chicken but not all that was paid for. Wouldve been happy had it not taken 10 minutes. Dont waste your money or time, go to Lees. Better chicken, prices, and more options.

Probably the worst employee base in all the business in the area. $10 for a 5 piece tender and all it is is boneless chicken with flavorless batter and there was no seasoning on them at all the blandest chicken in all of Muskegon area. Go anywhere but here.

Never believe the hype. I tried this for the first time today and was like MEH. Everyone talked this place up but its just another chicken joint. I probably wont go back when I feel I can get a better value at Lees. Thats just me though.

Service sucks, I have given them multiple chances but this location will never compete with grand rapids which is a hell of a lot better. Save your money or go somewhere better.
