I dont know if this was something exclusively because of the Valentines Day rush, but the service... it wasnt even bad, it was just nonexistent. We were seated by someone who I dont even think was a waiter (male), and proceeded to be ignored by upwards of three or four servers for close to 45 minutes. After flagging down another non-waiter, I finally managed to place an order for the boneless Valentines special they were offering, but frankly I was quite frustrated. I made eye contact with one server at least five or six times as she walked past me and my (very obviously food-less and annoyed) boyfriend to wait on another table. While this was happening another party entered her area and was seen to almost immediately. They had ordered and received appetizers AND entrees before anyone approached us (and probably would have paid and left before we got attended to had I not flagged the employee down). Honestly if I could rate zero starts I probably would. The food is pretty good but until they hire more staff, avoid this location like the plague.

If you want to go somewhere and wait forever on drinks and food go ahead this would be your place My husband had ordered us a appetizer and drinks and I met him there he had been there a good twenty min before I got there and about twenty min after I got there we finally saw a waitress that constantly walked passed us without asking us if we was.ready to order anyhow long story short they finally took our order and we finally got out appetizer we had to ask for plates and then our food comes the crab legs was horrible and we got oysters and I had to ask for crackers well we got done and gave the waitress our card twenty min later this other waitress comes over and gives us our ticket and starts clearing the table and spills water all over the place but the men behind us never wanted for nothing and didnt have dishes or have to ask for anything she kept there drinks but we was just ignored and she never once asked if everything was OK or anything horrible service food sucks dont waste your time or money

We were there for over 2 hours, mostly just waiting at our table... for them barely being busy at all. It took the manager coming over just to get our drink order, and he said our server was too busy. Then when we got our drinks from the manager, another server walked by (Autumn) said she would take over for us. We ordered the appetizer pretzel and beer cheese, the pretzels were overcooked, and we got it replaced. Ordered the nachos and they were barely warm with very little meat on them. Wings were good though. This is the second attempt of going to this location, and first time was horrible service with a long wait. Our server Autumn and the manager were very nice and we tipped for the good servce, and some of this was out of their control, but this is the second attempt at this location, and disappointed again. Will not be back.

HORRIBLE! I am currently sitting here as I write this review. #1 it is dead on a Friday at 8:15 (Ive seen every waitress except ours walk pass 3 times) #2 we asked her for sauce twice (she forgot... for our appetizer) #3 we asked market price twice (she forgot) #4 our drinks were empty 15 minutes... the MANAGER walked passed us at least 5 times (no exaggeration). #5 our drinks were then replaced with melted ice & UNsweet tea. #6 another waitress replaced our drinks #7 a table who arrived after we ordered has their food (has had it 10 minutes) #8 a table who has been her 30 minutes less then us now has their food (party of 6) ..... nothing is perfect & I know serving can be frustrating but Ive never been more disappointed .... we have now walked out with a hungry 7 year old & Checkers will be our dinner.

My husband and I used to come here two or three times a week for happy hour and have the same awesome waitress (we miss Katie so much) every time who knew exactly what we wanted. Well, I guess management has changed. Theyve hired tons of new girls (who have no clue what theyre doing), the prices have risen like crazy and the new happy hour is a complete crappy hour. Every time weve been here in literally the last year, something has always been wrong. Whether its something minor (like ranch instead of bleu cheese) or something major (the system totally crashing and we cant check out with a card). I suggest going to Toots right down the street. You may get less cleavage, but at least they know what theyre doing and the prices are better.

Went there with 10 other people. Took almost an hour to get our food and the place was less than half full. The food was at best mediocre and served barely warm. Sat near the beverage station and had to listen to one of the waitresses complain to other waitresses about one of her customers. Someone in our group finally told her to take it in the kitchen or outside because we were tired of hearing it. Myself and another person had a fish dish and asked for more tartar sauce - we werent told there was an extra charge that but found a charge for 39 cents on the bill for it. I wouldnt go to this Hooters or any other one.

Made reservations for 5pm on a Saturday. Half the restaurant was empty. It took 45 mins for us to get drinks and another 45 mins to get our food. Our waitress only came to the table 4 times....order drinks, bring the drinks and take our order, helped bring the food out, and to give us our checks...we had to wave down other waitresses to get what we needed. This was brought to the manager s attention, she could only say "I know " to the complaints....no reasoning or apology. You could clearly see that other people at other tables were experiencing the same things. Wouldnt go again unless under new management

This was my first time going to this place. It was pretty late but they were still open. Not a lot of people in the restaurant that late. My one and only complaint was how long it took for us to get a waitress after walking in (which was about 15-20 mins). Once a waitress came to attend to us, service was great. The fried pickles lived up to their "hype" and I decided to build my own burger rather than get one of the other selections on the menu. The burger was cooked medium well, still slightly moist, but with the rest of the toppings, delicious! I would definitely go again.

Where do I start?.... Got seated right away but it went down hill from there! First it took awhile to get our food. Then the appetizer we ordered didnt come out until 20-25 minutes later when the food came out! Needless to say, we sent it back. Didnt need it now. Then not everything that we ordered came out. And of course the waitress was great at doing disappearing acts. It wasnt until we were almost finished eating before our friend finally got his crackers to go with his oysters! I will NOT be going back!

Craving wings right? First thought is hooters. Never again. Waitress didnt say anything about happy hour and all we wanted was wings and fries. Took an hour to get the wings and the wings and fries were ice cold. We wanted to pay and leave couldnt find the waitress started to leave cause nobody wouldve known. Our waitress only had one other table beside us and they were complaining as well. I did pay only because my date made me find the waitress. terrible food terrible service never going back
