I wish that I could say this was the first time that I have ever experienced terrible food at this particular Burger King but for some reason I gave them another chance. Thinking that maybe it was just bad management for poor judgement on a particular employee but in the last 6 months I think this is the 4th time that I have been to this particular Burger King and the food was awful once again my burger patty was completely dried out bread tasted closer to a crouton because it was so crusty and hard food wasnt even warm enough to begin to melt my cheese and when I have gotten there has brown they were either hard as a rock or so much oil left on them that I was covered.. I dont normally post a bad review but when it has happened this many times what else is there to do?? Im not sure if I will ever go back to this Burger King again. Ive tried burgers in the morning Ive tried breakfast food in the morning nothing seems to come out very well except the orange juice which is wonderful but how can you screw that up all you have to do is take it out of the fridge.... :-( uggh one very dissatisfied customer!

The question is what did I like about it? NOTHING. I normally have great experiences at this particular Buger King but today I did not. The line already had 2 cars in it when we got up to the drive thru speaker and the person on the drive thru kept saying she didnt hear us. We get in line to pay and we were in it for 15 minutes! Then we try to pay and it takes longer because she couldnt use the cash register and she said that we were 49 cents short and she was wrong and she owed us 49 cents. We Finally get up to other window and she gives us or drinks and food. Some how the food wasnt wrong but she then gave us no straws no sauce and no napkins. Awful Buger King experience and I dont think Ill be going back anytime soon.

I would give a zero if I could.... went through and order a chicken tender grill and got home only to bite into a chicken burger which, in my opinion is disgusting, and when i called to see if I could get a replacement was told that it was "state policy" that when I come back the next day I am to bring the chicken burger with me. I have never heardone of this policy anywhere... except when in the restaurant. ... and then the manager proceeded to tell me that I must come when he is working because no other manager will give the right order to me. What happened to "Im sorry maam come back when its convenient for you and we will replace the meal"....

The food was just like any other Burger King, fast service. Their bathroom looked like it had had someone either spill something in it or someone urinated on the floor. Thankfully there was no discernible smell from it. Also a disconcerting beeping can be heard from the mens room that made me feel like there was a camera in it (Im sure its just a motion sensor or something from the kitchen that I can hear from here though).

Way to mess my order up for the 3rd straight time! Not like it was a hard one either.....2 rodeo CHEESE!burgers And 1! Plain cheeseburger. What I actually got- 2 rodeobugers NO CHEESE ON THE and 2! Cheeseburgers with everything on it. You definitely deserve 15$ an hr! Thanks for the awesome service as usual. But I think I will be going elsewhere!

Nothing at all. The employees feel its more important to try their hardest to be ignorant then actually do their job and take orders for cheeseburgers. Its a whopper or chicken not much to life here. Congrats on not being able to figure that out.

I have been here 10 times and have never had one order right its always a 2 for 10 whopper meal. Always comes missing something or is slow 15 minutes wait yeah just miserable stuff. And of today is the same no mayo or tomato.

Poor service, didnt receive the complete order I ordered and when I called up to talk to someone they hung up on me and wouldnt answer me when I called back twice . Never had so disrespectful service.

Be sure to check your order before you leave. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks they got my order wrong. Night Manager doesnt even look at the wrapper before he throws the food in the bag.

Just a copy of McDonalds and Chick-fil-a. Had a chicken sandwich here and it was terrible. I dont plan on going back here anytime soon
