This place is filthy. Theven food on the salad bar is old and degraded. I watched a worker refill the containers and just put new food on top of the old. She "wiped" the counter with her hand and let the refuse fall on the floor. The oil and vinegar containers look as if they had never been cleaned. Ever. As I was trying to get a plate, and a worker was adding new supposedly clean plates. Out of 10 stacks of plates 6 had dirty plates on the top, and more beneath. I ended up eating lettuce with dressing on it. Nothing else seemed safe. The only bright spot was that one worker was diligent in keeping our drinks filled. We will never eat there again. It is a shame because it is a new building and could be so much better.

I rarely dine in, so I decided to. Needles to say the service is terrible!! I had to go get my own menu an ask for drinks. After sitting with no sign of a waitress a young girl tells me there out of what we ordered!! The other table that has been here quite some time hasnt got their food either!! Not to mention its freezing inside, I stepped outside to see one employee talking to some people in a vehicle! I have never been so disappointed and mad at a restaurant for such poor service!!!! I wouldnt even chose 1 star but I had to!!

This place is terrible.. After a couple months of not going we decided to give it another try.. it was 130 in the afternoon 2 other people eating and we had to wait to be seated. Then it took another 5 mins to get menus then almost 10 mins to place our order. We never saw the server after our food came out so no drink refills. On top of all of that when I went up to get a box one of the employees was filling out the temp and saftey log by using on old log to copy from. Not going back!!!

I hate to review too negatively but we were there on a night when they only had one server working the restaurant so service was slow, but he was trying very hard to keep things going. We werent in a rush so we tried to be patient. The food was good but there were several folks who left before they could make an order after waiting a long time for someone to come to the table to make an order. All in all it took maybe 20 minutes longer to eat than it may have normally.

Location always has no customers or only a few. The Wed, buffett never puts out desert pizzas and waitresses are not prompt. I called for pick up once and it took hour & a half. I dont know if there was a sport on tv and everyone was ordering but the dining room was empty and I was angry.

Food looked nice but tasted funny. Pudding had white stuff in it. Stuffed pizza crust had really nasty cheese in it. Tomatoes on the salad bar were really gross. So glad I dont have to live here and taste this pizza hut any more.

Service has picked up lately. Pizza has been spot on and tasty. Location needs to offer delivery. No reason it cannot. Sometimes its more about money than customer service. Thats sad.
