Prices go up every season yet they give less product. For instance my wife loves the banana split billzzard she usually gets it with no pineapple and instead just extra strawberries. Now they charge her for the extra strawberries (although she is still not getting the pineapple) and than she got one the other day and the only thing in it was 1 piece of banana and ice cream. Thats it! We called to complain and they said bring it back, well at that point we already put our kids to bed (after putting our deserts in the freezer when we got home) and didnt want to go back out. They than said to bad thats all they would do. $4+ for a cup of vanilla ice cream! Insane! Many of our friends have been complaining about the same stuff, DO NOT GO HERE, go to the one on Hall Road or go to Frozen Custard. They give you much more for a better price.

Ive never gotten a bizzard from any other DQ where they scrape off the top of the blizzard. Are you kidding me? Why would you do that its not like you can re-use the ice cream. To me its just tacky and cheep. To top it off the inside of the blizzard had a huge air bubble in it. Um the ice cream that you scraped off was my missing ice cream.

Way more expensive than any other DQ that I have ever been to and the serving sizes are way less. Live right around the corner and refuse to give them my business any longer.

The couple of times I have gone my order was never made right. (Ordered a chocolate milkshake and they basically gave me a vanilla blizzard)
