How hard is it to read a damn screen. On top of that Im pretty positive it dont take 10 minutes to make a Mexican pizza and two tacos. Two regular tacos at that. I mean its two less steps you guys have to do. Either you need to screen people when you hire them to see if they have any common sense or find better people to be training the new employees. I understand its just a "fastfood" job but have some pride in your work. Me as a paying customer pays for your check at the end of the week. And not only that me as a paying customer I want my order right.

The dining room was dirty there was food all over the floor the pop machine was sticky and disgusting. I had to have my food remade because I said no sour cream yet there was sour cream on my food the front counter person was cleaning the tables with Windex and was more concerned that my receipt said no sour cream then he was about replacing my food. I mean who cleans a table with Windex doesnt sanitize anything doesnt actually even clean I will be reporting this to Tacobell area coach for the area.

Literally just left this place. Ordered 3 dorrito tacos with meat only, and they gave us all with cheese and barely any meat, not even a spoonfuls which they did to every taco, went in and complained and they said they fixed it, we get home and the dorrito tacos have more meat except they left the cheese on all of them. They didnt fix anything and it was the simplest order and now we have to go back because theyre idiots.

Yesterday on 4/7/17, from approximately 12:30pm thru 6pm my truck was broke down and I was waiting on a tow truck. The entire staff that worked during that time period were sympathetic with my situation and went out of their way to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Thank you so very much, Yall are the best.

Long wait times after ordering. Every time we come here. It is flustering as a former TB manager and currant stock holder of YUM to see this laid back staff not hustling to ensure quick fast ordering and quick order delivery. The lackadaisical attitude is even in some of the management.

The food has always, always been a consistent disappointment for years. Even if you make complaint on their website(one time I had something with rancid corn tortillas in it), you get no response and no change. I recommend driving to the Taco Bell near the Meijer on 26.

What the hell Richmond, come on. Once again my burrito was tiny. Why you gotta skimp on the toppings? No other taco bell has done me this wrong. The tostada had a pea sized amount of beans on it and you just put the sauce all over the side of the box instead of on it..

I wish I could give them zero stars, got a Mexican pizza, they are my favorite. Took it home to eat. Just ate half of it and than found a hair in it. Thanks taco bell. No dinner for me tonight. Wont go there for a while.
