i have had so many bad experiences here, but unfortunately they are the only one in my area. The staff has a very high turnover, half the time(the nice ones) do not even know how to make a sandwich. I went in yesterday and after standing in line behind 7 other people I asked the lady if she knew when the everything bagels would be done..she SNAPPED at me and told me she needs to finish the order she was doing. she realized what she had done and said what was your question...terrible service...and they NEVER have the bagels you want ready...always a minimum of a 10 minute wait... If you live near enough you should go to the kercheval one instead. I have gone home on 3 DIFFERENT occasions, and checked my order only to find they forgot the salmon for my lochs and bagel...how does that happen? They NEVER apologize when I have to drive all the way back for it either. It wouldnt be so bad that the staff was incompetant, if they were at least nice...very RUDE...

We have been going to this Einstein bagels in GP on Mack avenue for close to 15 years. The reviews who stated that there is a high staff turnover are complete lies. The staff knows my entire family and we are on a first name basis with the workers and managers! The same people have been serving us high quality bagels and sandwiches our entire life! Sure they sometimes run out of a particular kind of bagel, but that is because they are SO BUSY serving up fresh bagels right out of the oven! Whomever wrote the impatient review sounds like some snooty grosse pointer that is too good to wait for service. I have seen the line wrapped around the store and I still get in and out within 10 minutes, and a great delicious meal, they work quickly, always get my order right and are all very kind.

Havent been to Einstein in a while and probably wont go back after this experience. This is supposed to be a bagel shop and yet their bagel inventory was low. When we asked for bagels we wanted, but werent out, the employees look aggravated at us. The employees were rude except for the cashier, but she was barely at the cash register because she had to run and make drinks, making the wait considerably long. When we returned home we opened the bag and noticed they only gave us 5 bagels instead of 6. If you are an Einstein fan, I highly recommend you do not go to this one; find another location.

Tom recommend this to us, GREAT choice. I have been to other bagel places, but they are nothing like this place. The Farmhouse bagel and the Italian bagel were far more flavorful then anything else I have ever had. Nice and clean and super friendly people! I would recommend this to others and will be back. For the most part pretty mediocre. They make a solid speciality coffee. However, I am never a fan of repeating my sandwhich order 2,3 times because the employee cant ever remember what I want the first time I said the order...this seems to happen there more often then Id like.

Best Einsteins in the area....knowledgeable staff and great service. They treat their customers like family and turnover is almost non-existent. Just wish they would serve the dark roast coffee all day, instead of cutting it off at 11:00 a.m.!
