I want to let it be known that I am being generous with my three star rating here. 2.5 to be honest. But I have had some good times here. The best way to enjoy this place maybe to treat it like a sports bar. Go here with some friends, and knock back a few drinks and watch the game. A beautiful establishment with lovely decor, it is a big open space that manages to get really, really crowded and hard to navigate. Partly this is because they have too many tables in a really weird set up that makes it impossible to get through the room. This crowd is here to drink, likely not to eat. In terms of food, nothing has really ever impressed me, so I dont have any recommendations. Well, I did enjoy the plate sized pretzel with beer cheese, but that is an appetizer. In fact, apps might be your best bet. Food is overpriced for the quality. Disappointing for a Harris restaurant. Service is pretty poor. And my last visit was in all likelihood my last visit. I saw no less than four servers come to our table. Why? This caused so much confusion that of course the food came out wrong and they must have known that we were shaking our heads in confusion because twice we were asked "is everything alright?", instead of being asked, "how is everything?". A subtle difference, perhaps even semantics, but the facial expressions everywhere indicated that everything was not alright, and there was nothing to do to save it. Basically this cliquey group of servers are all friends and were all hanging out chatting and completely oblivious to all tables in the room. They were more concerned with chatting it up than caring for the customers. When we left one of the servers acted like we were in his way as we exited and said "excuse me" like he was in a hurry to do nothing, instead of a more appropriate phrase that one might use for your departing patrons, like, "thanks for stopping in, have a good day". I said to my fiancee, "remind me to remind you that we dont come here anymore after today". She fully agreed. Too many times weve left here disappointed. P&Qs, I feel your best days are behind you. Im done dining here but may pop in for a beer to watch a game sometime.

Search "Pints and Quarts Salmonella food poisoning" b4 u go” We dined at Pints and Quarts Nov 1, 2013. 2 days later, we were so sick we had to go to the ER. Doctor confirmed it was food poisoning. The next day, when I had enough strength I called Pints and Quarts and spoke to the GM. He denied it could be their restaurant, but assured me they would call me back if anyone else reported getting sick. Needles to say he never called back. We only discovered their was a Salmonella outbreak at P&Q weeks later on a local News channel. When I called P&Q back, the "NEW" manager was very defensive and claimed many restaurants were being investigated. Didnt mention it was the restaurant next to theirs which they own as well. After further discussion the NEW Manger did confirm they were being investigated for Salmonella food poisoning. When asked why I wasnt called back when I was told I would on Nov 1, she said they must have lost my phone number. When asked if there was anything else I wanted I said "yes". I want the owner to call me back and explain to me how they inform and treat their customers after something so serious as this happens. She said he would. Then all I got was the public relations person. To this day the owner has never called to apologize or ask how we were doing. If you ever had Salmonella food poisoning then you know how serious this is. I will never go back nor recommend this restaurant to anyone. In my opinion, greed over customer safety rules here.

My girlfriend and I went out for a dinner date on this Friday evening and had a great evening here! Ordered the pickle chips for an appetizer, very tasty with great texture and crunch! I had the chicken BLT sandwich and my lady enjoyed the Brisket steak tacos. Very delicious and Mango Fantastico beer was excellent and she found the Chocolate Martini really good. Excellent waitress who was very polite and accommodating with our time taking menu selecting since it was my girlfriend first time at P&Q and I havent been there since 2011.

I have mixed feelings. At times its a great meal, but others it can really suck. The B1G1 Monday burgers is a great deal but those seem to be the times the wait is the longest and the quality is the lowest. Very loud and Ive had the waitress mess up my order multiple times because of it. Food can be undercooked at times as well. They do offer a wide drink selection. All in all I still go back, however, I could leave it.

The service was slow, which was funny because there wasnt anyone else there. The time it took to get our food was slow. The food wasnt even hot. And the food was decent tasting. And our waitress decided to have a literal 10 minute conversation with someone sitting at the bar instead of bringing us our check. We wouldnt have minded it, but it was like 65° in there. Crazy.

Waitress was awful...didnt know about any of the drinks or food and took 20 minutes to bring a drink back. Never asked us if we wanted to order food. When we finally did order food it it was awful. The bread was burnt....the stroganoff looked and tasted like dog food. The 22 dollar tuna plater had less tuna then the 12 tuna wrap appetizer

I think they have the best burgers in town. Great happy hour prices! Buy one get one free burgers on Monday nights, and happy hour 4-close every Thursday! Amazing selection of beers on tap, tons of local Michigan beers but also have great imports as well. Friendly servers and bartenders. Fun atmosphere.

Always wanted to come to Pints &.Quarts...very disappointed! I checked menu on the Internet and when we arrived, the menu was different so were the prices! Very pricey for lunch...and the food was not that great, the kettle chips were cold! The waitress was very nice and prompt!

We always have a good time at Pints & Quarts. The food is usually pretty good. The burgers are solid, but I would avoid the giant pretzel bread thing. Its super dry and not very good. The spinach dip was good, but they serve it with potato chips, which is odd.

I have never had a bad experience here. The food is always good and the service is prompt and efficient. The staff is friendly and that counts for a lot. Carly and Brooke make it worth the visit.

Stopped by on a whim. Holy cow, super tasty smoked wings! Big, tender and flavorful. And on Tues bogo wings made it a bargain. $2 beers didnt hurt either... Good selection on the $2 beers too!

Nearly walked out because no one came to my table. There were 7 tables in use and i had to sit at the bar because no one even greeted us.
