Horrible BWW. This is the worst BWW I have ever been to. I had to give a zero tip because the waiter was horrible. He would sit at peoples tables he knew and talk to them for 5 to 10 mins. Any time we would ask for something he would say no trying to be funny. Its not funny, its just crappy service. He then tried to be funny again and insulted my girlfriend by saying "she is high maintenance isnt she". It took everything I had not to hit him right then and there. I even had to go to the gm and ask for boxes because he was too busy sitting and talking to people. But its not just horrible service. The wings had very little sauce on them. Every other BWW I have been to puts enough sauce to at least coat the wings. My girlfriend had wings with almost no sauce, and I had boneless wings with only a little sauce on one side. The fries were cold and tasted bad as well. I dont know what is going on at this BWW but it is by far the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. This is the first review I have ever written, so you know it must be bad if I actually took the time to review this place.

The only reason they get stars at all is because of Leah, our server. My son and I ordered the chili queso, not even half full. Wings, which should take no more than ten minutes (and thats being nice cuz it was DEAD), and a beer. The wings took at LEAST 20 minutes with maybe 10 total customersin in the entire place. Dont get me started on the bartenders...the 3 that Ive dealt with since I started coming in here are more concerned with themselves, what music to play on the jukebox, and just being over age but "cool" cuz theyre a bartender! Management: get it together and whip your kitchen in to shape! You have good servers who are either going to quit, or get bad tips because you cant staff and train properly! Oh, and I had to just roll my eyes and look away when the hostess was sitting on the back counter up front texting on her phone. Ill keep coming here every once in a while because theres beer and sports but any chance I get, Ill just Uber to Sidelines on the other side of town...

Opening in a high demand area, right as playoffs and just before the Superbowl was starting, this place has had to sprint from when the doors opened. Thats the feel I got going there the last four times. Even with a packed house, servers still getting the feel of the place, and various temperaments of certain customers I had the displeasure of seeing and hearing, the staff at this place rocked. They were sincerely apologetic when our food was taking a while during the Denver Vs NE game, our drinks were always full, and the food has been great every time. If the place new? Yes. Are they still hammering out things? Sure. That said, if this is their newly opened performance, their "in the zone" performance will be amazing.

Terribly run restaurant. Horrible service with confused servers and hostesses. We were told a 25 minute wait and were waiting for about 45 minutes, watching other customers without reservations walk in and being seated immediately. I was also extremely dissatisfied with the food, and I usually enjoy the food at other locations. If youre thinking about going here, dont. Its worth the drive to another location, or just another restaurant near by. This location needs to step up its game and hire some people who actually have substantial IQs.

Service here isnt great, the food isnt great, and the atmosphere isnt great. Service was only mediocre, long wait times and annoyed looking staff. Food is misleading. Have had food overcooked, under cooked. The kitchen must be a nightmare. If you order desert, be prepared for disappointment. It is just awful. The atmosphere is terrible. Lack of sound absorption material leads to a reflective, noisy, and unsettling atmosphere. This is restaurant 101, invest in some sound absorption material so your guests ears dont bleed.

If it was possible to leave 0 stars I would. This place is lucky its currently one of the few options in the area. Once more options come to the area, I cant imagine they will survive Ive tried to give this BWW numerous chances simply due to location. Terrible service and ALWAYS a wait..even if youre sitting at the bar just having a drink and theyre dead. Ive talked to others in the area and they have the same setaments. I would have to guess the positive reviews are employees

This should really be a half a star at most. The customer service at the bar is terrible , they take way to long to acknowledge you, they dont pay any attention to when the food is done and waiting to be handed out. Tonight the guy took my order and then gave my food to the wrong person then took my credit card and gave it back to the wrong person . The whole place is just a wreck, they even have their location on their recipts misspelled. What a joke .

My husband and I were there today. June [email protected] pm. We were at a booth. We seated ourselves. The waitress saw us but continued to chat with a person who appeared to be a friend at the carryout entrance. We waited 10 minutes and left very annoyed. The service always have been too slow but this incident was the worst. There were no other customers around. We willwill never be back.

At bar for 10mins walked by walked by finally asked HIM if I can get a beer. Bs. Then order food.15mins 20mins 25mins ask where my food is we lost it. How The hell do you lose food. 5 mins later we found it. Great awesome. We its cold and as been sitting back there for awhile. This BDubs sucks stay away!!!!!! Go to others and shut this hell hole down.

Long wait, 10 min + for order drink first, while 3 servers had fun at the front. After 10 minutes wait at empty table, the server served the table first, which came 5 minutes after us. Unorganized, servers doesnt know who they suppose to serve, or what you ordered...obviously, servers there just for having fun with each otger.

Nice to have a non-fast food place open after 10:00 pm in the area. Servers tonight were very nice (Kalie!). Still a little expensive ($10 for four naked chicken strips, really??), and they can use a nice middle ground on their app samplers. Dry rubs do not evenly coat the food, so ask that they toss them more evenly.

I must have walked in during a shift change because 10 people told me they could not help me and I had to wait for the guy on the cigarette break to get some food because their key cards were not active.... I just want to go there one time where they bring me my silverware before my food and I dont have to ask

Online pick up is 5 stars because you get to pick the time...and its hot...the kitchen is really slow at all other ends...they are a new establishment on Zionsville but come on get it together kitchen! Changed my mind...live 30 seconds from here and by the time I got home the food was cold!!!

Sunday afternoon, after prime lunch time, no big games on. Took over an hour from start to finish for small order of wings, fries and a salad. Total bill $27. Salad was dry prime rib with "tzatziki feta" that tasted identical to ranch. The blue cheese she brought me instead was even worse.
