Warm beer and cold food. I ordered the rib eye and it was covered in fat. It was a very poorly cut piece of meat, and after being cooked and placed on the plate, the plate was covered in grease. The food was served separately. Their special "seasoning" was just on the corner of the piece of meat and was discovered in a quite overwhelming bite and ruined the whole plate. When the server brought our food to the table, it wasnt a complete plate as ordered. First we got our spinach artichoke dip and the chips we really greasy and the dip itself wasnt even hot. The beer wasnt cold. Seems that they need to lower to temp of the keg fridge. after receiving our entree they then brought our baked potatoes separately, which werent even cooked all the way through The whole restaurant wreaked of urine, I dont know whether it was due to the bathroom being under cleaned or the out of service urinal. Either way the restaurant had a stench throughout. The whole placed seemed greasy. Food bits all over the floor from other patrons. The entire establishment had out of date decor and poor lighting. When we brought to our booth, we were placed in a booth that was tiny. Im not a small fella by any means, but the server thought it to be a good idea to place us in the bar, when we didnt request it, in an uncomfortable booth and made the whole meal un-enjoyable. Mean while, on my way to the disgusting bathroom, I noticed four empty tables, but instead the servers found it reasonable to smash me and my pregnant wife in a tiny booth. Overall the whole visit was not to par and I wont be returning anytime soon. The only thing this establishment had going for it was the 20min wait for a table.

Im not really a stickler for what the Decor of a place is, after all Im there for the food. And if you want me to come back show me good service, too. So heres the deal, we went about 8:00 P.M. on a Sunday night the Salad Bar was great, full of all the goodies. We were shown to our seats fairly quick, there was probably about 6 other people in there. Long story short. Ribs were good, but they were out of many of their advertised sides that we were supposed to be able to choose from. Settled for smashed potatoes & steamed broccoli to go with my ribs. Have to say our waiter was very nice, very helpful & very apologetic for all the food they didnt have for whatever reason. Dessert was a total bust. But I didnt take it personally as I noticed that he (the waiter) had the task of telling everyone on our side that they didnt have this or that not that either. Keep in mind they had their Three Course Deal going, so yes, Dessert was included. After much trying we finally settled on their Flatbread Apple Crisp in exchange for our two desserts. It was served crisp all right. .. Burnt! At least the Ice Cream on it was good & some of the apples with the mix. I really can see why their customer base is dropping away. The food just isnt keeping them there. They have great Service, but their service staff can only do so much without food our the right food.

I really like Ruby Tuesday. Their salad bar is fantastic. It has a huge selection of items and quite a few you never see, like candied walnuts and hummus to name a few. The entree selections are typical of American chain restaurants. The prices are decent and there is usually a mobile coupon of some sort if you search for one. Friendly staff, lots of parking, comfortable seating...nice place.

Ive been here dozens of times with my parents and the service is consistently good. My mother always indulges in the salad bar which is very well maintained. They also consistently cook the meat the way you ask them to. The little addictive biscuits are always warm and fresh. I wont mention how many calories each of them have.

I should have left...this restaurant is the most disgusting place I have ever been in. Floors are filthy...there is dirt everywhere and the entire floor in front of the salad bar has caked on food everywhere. The place even smells terrible.

The sirloin we ordered was full of gristle. There were a ton of flies after our food. The waitress was nice but only checked on us once. When we complained about the flies she said there was nothing she could do. We wont go back.

This place can be hit or miss depending on the day. When its good, its very good. When its bad its just OK. Dont order the brussel sprouts on either a good or bad day. They are always terrible.

Food is generally pretty good. Prices seem high in comparison to our local comparable restaurants. Look for coupons to bring the price down. When we tend to visit the place seems to be pretty empty.

Was a little disappointed that the pasta salad did not already have a dressing on it and all they had was apples and grapes, not the normal apple salad with dressing.. no puddings at all.
