First of all, the food was perfectly fine and what I ordered. The poor rating is a result of management at this location. I did my first ever online order for rapid pickup. I go inside and there is a long line so I walk around it to find the pickup area. There are two signs, one for online and phone orders, another for dine in pickup. After standing under the sign at a register for five minutes for online pickup, the manager tells me I need to go get in line. I inform her I have a rapid pickup, and she replies that she has a thousand of those and I need to pick mine up at the end that says dine in. After waiting there for another ten minutes, she insisted I did not complete the online order and need to check my email. After proving I had, I was finally instructed to look on a shelf where my order had been the entire time. I understand being busy. But my order was complete and all I needed to save 15 minutes of my life was ten seconds of their time.

I eat at Panera very often but this is my first time at this one. Everyone was nice, but I suggest you double check your take away order... both the salads I ordered didnt have dressing. And I didnt realize until I was back at the beach and just had to deal and eat a dry salad. Bread was a little under done too.

People are usually friendly, but the food is less than appeasing (especially for the price) Ive tried multiple things on their menu and the only thing decent is the frontega chicken sandwich and its pretty expensive just for a sandwich.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! I love this place and would really recommend it. There is lots of healthy foods but also a few unhealthy. It all tastes amazing! If I had to eat at a restaurant every day panera would be one of my first choices!

You know what youre getting with Panera bread, now know what youll be getting at this location: incredibly slow service, a filthy dining room cluttered with dirty dishes and unkempt facilities with no paper.

What can I say, Panera Bread is pretty standardized across their stores. The broccoli and cheese soup in a bread bowl was quite good. They had free samples of their pastries which was good.

The food tastes great but they skim on the ingredients. I ordered a mozzarella and tomato panini and got the flat bread drenched in oil with hardly anything else on it

Nice location except for the insane land mine pot holes when driving in - the staff was nice but they where out of hazelnut coffee!

As a vegetarian, eating out gets so boring, but Panera has a variety of things I can eat, including their unique black bean soup.
