Let me start by saying we have given this place several chances since the switch of owners. Last night was by far the worst, went for dinner we waited an hour for cold and over cooked food. We had one RFill on our drinks. There were only two servers and they were VERY nice but cant serve for crap. The little blonde server was the 3rd time we have had her and the service is sooo poor. Rather we came in for drinks, dinner or appetizers this girl couldnt get right, rather its busy or us being the only table there she sucks!!!! Then the place was dirty, and had limited setting due to the tables being cover with plates sat there from the time we walked in until we left. There was other guest that had to ask the girls to clean off seats for them to sit .Then the food was horrible and like I have said this wasnt the first time we have had bad food AND service! I am sorry to say the Jug is now a dead spot to us and our families. Even when we had birthdays here same ordeal!

Great food and atmosphere however the service was absolutely horrible. The server had zero knowledge of the specials and the menu period. Ordered a smokehouse plater that I was told had prime rib and ribs and did not come with a prime. 15min to get out drinks refilled and our apatizer came out at the same time as our dinner because she "forgot and was very sorry about that" mind you there were only a couple other tables and another gal working which ended up helping us more than our original server. I believe the young ladys name was Devan short bright hair. I recommend going here for the food but if you get this girl I recommend asking for a different one.

We had heard good things about this restaurant so we decided to try it, what a disappointment. I had charred chicken with option of two diffrent BBQ sauces. It was grilled chicken with BBQ poured on top before it was served. This is not true BBQ chicken. My husband had prime rib and he said it was ok. Our waitress was sweet but not on top of things. She didnt know special for the evening, couldnt remember what veggies were. We told her we didnt want the veg. but got them anyway she said dont eat them and she would take $2.00 off our bill, doesnt dinners come with three sides?

The food is DELICIOUS and the atmosphere is so comfortable and happy. The portions were more than enough and the taste of all of the food was fresh and vibrant! We had a few drinks and they were made perfectly by the bartender. Delicious! Our server was all smiles and the cooks in the kitchen were even smiling! This place is FANTASTIC! I will be making regular trips to The Jug and cant wait to swing by next Wednesday for more yummy dinner specials. A definite MUST TRY!

I like the atmosphere and would give that a 4-star rating and like the small hometown feeling. The drinks are fine and reasonable and so are the appetizers but as far as the main course I will have to give it a 2-star rating ordered my burger medium well and it was crispy and take awhile to be brought out guess because they were really cooking it super well done. thus making my review 3 stars. I would go back for drinks and appetizers but that would be it.

Food was Great! The bartender/waitress was terrible. Forgot silverware, had to get her attention for everything. Never returned to ask if we needed anything or to see if are food was good. She talked about the other waitresses about THIER attitude to the other customers and we could hear her from across the room. She should just stick to bartending. Very unprofessional.

I just got home from going to the little brown jug for lunch with my sister I was very impressed at the way they had fixed up the outside of the restaurant it looks so welcoming I love their new menu the waitress was very friendly and helpful the food was delicious I had their seafood platter everything was fresh and hot will definitely go back

We waited for a half hour just for drinks and we waited over and hour and a half for our food we got 2 chances for refills. If I could I would give this a -1 star. make it a -5 star the food was horrid my 41 year old husband says otherwise but I believe it was horrible

Best ribs and prime rib around! The Tuesday Twofer is a great opportunity to sample their menu. Burgers are great and the waffle fries...yum! New items on the menu that I cant wait to try! Almost a weekly visit!

Weve been to the Jug on three occasions now. Each time we have had a wonderful experience. The ribs are fantastic, and the service is the friendliest anywhere. Definitely worth the effort to find it.
