I usually have a good experience here but the last 2 visits were not very enjoyable. The waiter was slow and inattentive, she messed up my order twice (I am VERY specific when it comes to my food).I asked for 2 beef tacos for my children and a beef chimichanga for myself,I explained in detail how I wanted my food "no veggies, extra cheese and sour cream on the side".When I received my food,I got a chimichanga with everything I didnt want minus the sour cream on the side.I told the waitress the order was wrong and repeated my order once more. When she returned,I was again missing the sour cream and this time when I cut into it the beef was also missing. She had brung me a chicken chimichanga vs a beef chimichanga like I requested. At this point my children were finished eating and I was frustrated and ready to go.She acted as if she irritated but offered to again fix my order,I refused her advances and asked for my bill and the manager who didnt seem too concerned that the waiter had loudly called for him explaining loudly that I wanted to see him and had requested that she take the sour cream that was suppose to go with my chimichanga off of my bill (what did I need it for,I didnt receive my food).I asked the manager what was her deal and he explained in her defense that she asked to correct her wrong and I explained to him that she had got my order wrong twice and was now uncomfortable eating anything that may now be prepared for me because of her mistakes.I paid what I owed and left.I will not be returning to this restaurant.

This has been my go to Mexican restaurant for YEARS!!!! From this day forward I will never step foot in this restaurant again. I placed a takeout order on cinco de mayo & the owner had his daughter answering the phones and let me just say she is one rude, unprofessional little girl. She basically let me know that since I ordered tortillas on the side that was a specialist order and they would mess up my order. She then told me they dont sell soft corn tortillas which is what I order every time, and when I explained that she said "whatever" and gave the phone to someone else where I had to begin my order all over again. I called back to speak to a manager and I begin to explain my situation and he stops me and says "before you go any further that is my daughter & I dont know what to tell you" and then goes on to say there is no way she would speak to me that way... and then hung up on me! I am absolutely disgusted and I will never bring my family there to eat, I will tell everyone I know about my experience! Rude people do not deserve my money!

We walked in to lots of open tables at 7:30 on a Friday night. I guess that speaks volumes for what is to come. Service was good. Very prompt with everything. Restaurant was not very clean or well decorated. Food quality was bad. Fajitas seemed to have salsa dumped on them. Burrito and tacos were greasy and bland. Chips were not light and crispy. Food quantity was very bad. My skinny 4 year old ate an entire adult serving of fajitas and asked for more. All dishes came with some refried beans and rice, no substitutions. At all other Mexican restaurants, fajitas come with sour cream, lettuce, tomato or pico, cheese, etc. All of that was an additional fee, making the cost of fajitas nearly $20 instead of the menu price of $12.95. La Fuente on Whittaker in Kroger plaza or MI Zarape on Michigan Ave in Saline are so much better. We go to those restaurants often. We will not be returning here.

Amazing food. Amazing staff. Would highly recommend this restaurant. Great prices, and the portions are very generous. It is nice to see family owned authentic restaurants still. I would like to add that I was there during Kent Butlers visit. He was causing quite a scene. Throwing food and a little too close with his "gf". When an elderly woman expressed her concern, he blew a fuse and snapped back at her. The manager kindly asked him to settle down. Instead of settling down however, he lashed out at him. He offered to give him a free side of chips, but Kent continued his tantrum. Eventually he got up, flipping his plate, and said he would be writing a bad review. Truly despicable behavior. The owners do not deserve this. This is not to discredit you at all Kent...well..I suppose it is.

This restaurant doesnt deserve a single star. I have always received poor costumer service ordering take out orders. The lady who takes the orders always puts them in wrong and she doesnt do anything to correct my order. I will not be going back there in my life even though the food is really good but the customer service is horrible. And she is one of the managers! Horrible horrible experience.

Wont be back. No seasoning on the grey ground beef nacho meat, everything tasted canned, sour cream was extra for nachos, salsa was served in bowls the size of shot glasses, waitress was slow and very forgetful, never greeted coming in or out by the owner at the register. Unfriendly, slow service, sticky tables and unappetizing. YUK!

I am kind of a Mexican food junkie and I am a bit of a snob about it. They wont write songs about this restaurant, but it is a good place to duck into for a quick bite. It is more a Southern Arizona type menu. They even have Chimichangas, Try the Flautas or combination plate. Refried beans are good. Beer is bottled and cold.

My family has been going to this restuarant since it open... I am always pleased with the service and the food is outstanding.. Nothing compares to the salsa and chips that is served.. I am very pleased to have a authentic Mexican Restuarant close to where I live.. Hope to keep going to it for many years to come. A Loyal Diner

I like this place, the food is good but sometimes I do feel like their prices are a little higher than they should be. The floutas are very good and portion size is on the high side so you do get a lot of food for your money. Service can be a little slow at peak times but the orders are usually pretty accurate.

Not authentic at all. I knew I shouldnt have tried it. Any "Mexican" restaurant that only serves ground beef , shredded chicken and "chunky beef as their only meat choices is not authentic at all. Over priced. Two Burritos and two tacos for $29 ? And thats not including drinks. So yea never again

The food was definitely over-priced for the portion size and quality. I ordered the Chile Relleno and the entire stem and all of the seeds were left inside - gross! The wet burrito was decent. Our waitress was very unprofessional and the decor was outdated and weird. We wont be coming back.

Our go to Mexican restaurant. Family owned and ran, always a family member on site. Good service good food. Only drawback, interior needs a serious update, showing signs of wear and age. Wet burrito very good, served with Mexican beef stew on top, only place I know that does this.
