WORST RESTAURANT EVER !! I WOULD AGREE WITH THE OTHER STATEMENT LEFT FOR REVIEW ... STORE IS DIRTY * I WILL BE CALLING THE HEALTH DEPT I came in with my son and my sister and her little one. After ordering I went back up to the counter and inquired about the hot wings that were ordered and If there could have been an error, when the chicken was grabbed for our order. The worker being RUDE no there wasn’t an error and she couldn’t help it if it was not to my taste and liking. As I said okay and turned around she continued to be rude and that is where i turned around and said MY QUESTION was could there have been an error when grabbing maybe the wrong chicken. I asked other worker for the mgrs. name or if that indeed was the mgr. YEP KFC… Ghetto Rebecca is your MGR! She then came to our table with two young boys and made yet another scene, saying what you’re calling corp., go ahead my employee s will back me up. I told her we had enough of her, to go way and Good bye!! She then went behind the register and told other employees what happened VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ! KFC you have a lifer in Ghetto Rebecca as an employee. Because with her skills or should I say lack of skills, NO other business will want her! Work on your skills girl Word of mouth is power and we will be passing the word in chesterfield and every website we can find..

If I could give 0 stars believe me I would. I have never in my life been treated more rudely than I was today at this location. The cashier "Diamond" needs to be reminded that her attitude needs to be checked at the door. I simply questioned why my total was $26.90 for 8 pieces of chicken and 2 sides and she says "Thats the price, you want it or not". I replied Ill just take the 8 piece of chicken that cost me $16.95. My card was snatched from my hand and rudely handed back. Wont return, Ill drive 20 minutes out of way from now on than ever go to this disgustingly employed establishment again.

Service is nothing but attitude especially from one particular woman. Work just down the road and have avoided this place for 2 years because it. Decided to give a second chance and once again greeted with a bitchy attitude and will not return. Says a lot about the management at the location that this person is still employed there. The four competing fast food services that neighbor this place (McDonalds, Burger King, Arbys and TacoBell) put it to shame as they all offer fantastic service. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Horrible. Lady at counter had nasty attitude. Paid for my food, THEN they told me an 8 minute wait for strips! WTF? How dont you have chicken ready? Ice machine didnt work, so I had to drink warm pepsi.Terrible manners and it seemed as if I were annoying them by just placing a standard order. This happens everytime I come here. Me and my family are done coming here. This place fives KFC a really bad name. Should be shut down=

Worst store in the kfc change they screw up your order every time and if you complain they will not do anything i called in a complaint to the customer service dept and asked for a district manager and no one called back they do not care not to mention the store is dirty and they have the DIRTIEST STORE i am reporting them to the health dept

Food was great. But the service from one particular individual was very poor. Unnecessarily rude and impatient every time I go there. MAKE SURE YOURE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE MENU BEFORE YOU ORDER AND LISTEN CAREFULLY OTHERWISE YOUR IN FOR A NASTY TREAT. Will not be going there again. Sadly, Ive lost my patience.

I bought the chicken bone unfortunately the first one had Andover cook green beans there wasnt supposed to be there however the courteous manager in cashier when I presented it to them immediately corrected my water and I enjoyed my meal of which I paid $5.50 for.

The inside is so dirty, my shoe stuck to a mat by the counter. Not one table was clean and the floor had food everywhere in dining room. My son used the bathroom, the mens room floor was covered in water so badly it was flowing under the door

Second time in a row that theyve gotten my order wrong. Id check all of your food as soon as you get it. Ordering inside and outside through the drive through theyve cut me short on food. The customer service is terrible also.

A group of 15 of us came in for lunch on 9-3-15. The employees were fast and friendly and got us in and out! When they ran out of biscuits they quickly substituted corn muffins instead of making us wait. Thank you!

It is 9:27 on a Thursday and they are out of chicken again, its the only thing you sell and you are out of it again? I highly suggest you avoid this place at all costs, I know I will!

Ive always loved KFC chicken but I think they change the recipe.. so if youre looking for great chicken go to Chesters Chicken they have the best fried chicken period period period
