Im Never be surprised this place is still in business. I will never be back there, slow, unprofessional, young kids, roll their eyes. Get the marbles out of your mouth and speak professional not slang, how can you be taken serious when you are speaking so unprofessional and treating your customers as if they are bothering you? Try going into a professional atmosphere applying for a job saying " Yalp, is we, or, is you done" you will be laughed at the moment you walk out and never get a call for the job. That place wont be open too much longer with reviews like the ones Im reading. If I was the CEO or district manager, I would be investigating why customers are leaving such bad reviews and why sells are down due to customers never returning. If you dont like your job, find a better one, go to school to improve your life and Learn how to speak to people professional. No one in life will take you serious when you speak slang, that kind of talk and activity should be left on the streets when you are hanging with your hood freinds. So sad to see young kids that have no self respect, slouching around, no oomph, no manners, no nothing but a nasty attitude. Everyone cannot be wrong, there is a problem at this location, and DM/corporate/ whoever, needs to fix it before they end up closing the doors. By the way, if this place is " Louisiana Fast", everyone in Louisiana must move like turtles and snails. The only thing fast there is the greeting you get at the menu speaker in the drive thru. The girl greets you so fast and doesnt even take a pause or breath, its a mouthful of marbles and a run on sentence you are greeted with.

My husband and I went here out of hunger desperation, having had Popeyes before we figured it would be a nice change from the fast food we had been getting on the road during our trip. Nothing prepared me for this visit. Going up to order looked like I was trying to get visitation with a prisoner. It was hilarious but also made me really think about the location I was in. They had their chicken and the employees on lock down, behind thick bullet proof glass that most banks use and prisons use when the visitor and prisoner pick up the phone to speak to each other. It was surreal to see this kind of defensive system in a Popeyes. The food was fine, like every other Popeyes but the staff here was not helpful at all. They put our order into their bullet proof lazy susan-esque box and after I brought our order to the table I realized theres no napkins. In any other restaurant this would be no trouble, here, trying to get napkins was like trying to get top secret security clearance or the Krabby Patty formula. I made eye contact with at least 4 different employees while trying to ask for napkins through the only space not completely secured with 10 inch thick plastic. Eventually I trapped one of the staff after they were giving someone elses order and FINALLY got a whole 3 napkins. It was not busy this day, this customer and my husband and I were the only people at this place and few drive through cars, why it took so much effort to ask for napkins is beyond me.

Horrible service 10/2/2015. 10:30 p.m. drive thru was quite busy; however service was still longer than expected even for the number of cars being serviced. My order was wrong, and when staff was informed, the attitude of my inconveniencing them was made known by eye rolling & no apology. I ordered 2 meals, popcorn shrimp combo, and wing combo with red beans & rice and 2 sweet potato pie. I received 1 box with approx. 6 shrimp breading off or falling off and a pile of fries on top hiding those shrimp, beans and rice and 1 chicken wing. I asked also for Cajun rice but was informed there was none available, I was charged 11$ and change. I informed them that my passenger could not have the chicken in the same box as shrimp as well. Because of rudeness and disrespect I opted for a refund. This service was far from my experiences when you first opened. I would love to continue patronizing this Establishment so I ask that there is immediate attention given towards food quality and customer service.

Painfully slow service, frequently inaccurate orders, and, today, no soda (only watered down lemonade or iced tea) make just about every visit to this Popeyes location a frustrating experience. Its almost as if the restaurant goes out of its way to hire the most apathetic teenagers it can find; the slowest crawdads in the pond. To boot, the prices are ridiculous. The only reason I come here is because my kids enjoy the food. My son says the crispy-to-meat ratio is just right but I find the chicken rubbery and without flavor. Bottom line: Be prepared for a long inexplicable wait, check your order (and your temper), and to feel like youve been ripped off. I hate this place.

Service always seems to be slow. Today there was one car in the parking lot, one car waiting for drive thru and one car placing an order. I had to wait at least ten minutes to attempt to place my order. I wanted to order the "Boneless Chicken Wings".that has been advertised over and over on television. I was first told that was no longer being offered (an out and out lie). When I indicated I had seen the ad the night before I was told they had run out of them. I wasnt offered anything in place of the Boneless Chicken Wings. After waiting all of that time I was fed up with the service and went to KFC! I like the food at Popeyes although I doubt I will return!

The customer service here is absolutely horrible! With 8 employees working, you would think that someone could at least greet patrons as they approach the counter to order. A "Ill be with you in a moment" would have helped. No one in the lobby was happy with their visit (we all commented to each other). There also seemed to be 2 managers right in the mix of things that did nothing to change the situation (why would I ask to speak to a manager?). Who trains these people? Chances are Ill drive right past this location if I ever want chicken again.

First of all they messed up my order. I ordered a 4 piece and received a 3 piece. I asked for all dark meat and spicy. And 2 of the 3 were white meat and none of it was spicy. Im going to have to attribute this to all the employees not knowing who their fathers are and their mother was a crackhead hoodrat. You really dont have to be that smart to get a food order correct, either they dont care or theyre just that stupid. If they make more than minimum wage thats way too much. Or maybe its because i dont speak gansta.

The food is usually fine but I will not return unless they get an entirely new staff. No one there gives a rats behind about anything or how slow they are moving. The staff is not friendly or helpful. Everyone knows this place is super slow and they only way people will keep coming is if you keep prices artificially low to keep up demand. If everything was at full menu price, i cannot imagine many people would want to come to this location based on how notoriously slow they are.
