They shorted my order...again! We always order the 10 piece meal and only get 7 or 8 pieces! We live all the way in Maggie Valley and they compensated me with 4 pieces of chicken on my next visit. I was a GM for a fast food restaurant when I was younger and would have given my customer a free duplicate dinner for the inconvenience...

I have been at this restaurant a few times, and each time I waited a long time for service and ultimately for food. The place was not well cleaned (tables were dirty, drink stations were sticky) and I regretted my choice of stopping here. Again. One day I will learn.
