There was a 8 pc special today $5.00. So I thought great day for not cooking. I thought so wrong. I came in parking lot was very full. I proceeded to go around the building to the other order window to wait in line for 35 mins. To only get to the window and find out I need to go around and place order at other side of building. They had it set up where you place order on one side of building and then you drive around and pick up food at other side of building. There were no signs, nothing to direct traffic in this manner. After getting to window and talking to Mr. Washington (manager) he stated he didnt care there were no signs to tell people how they were taking orders today. He then called police on me after I refused to move from window because I felt he should try and work something out with me. He said he didnt care how much longer I was going to wait in line. He had his restaurant set the way he wanted to operate it and he was not changing it for no one. He also got mad after police officer told him he should have tried to work something out with me.

I love the food but service is getting worse. I was the only one in line and ordered a shrimp tackle box. Not a high maintenance meal at all but it took like 10 minutes to get. Not only that, but I was the only one at the store and the lady ask me if I had the tackle box as if someone else at the store had it. The staff are nice but seem aloof at times. I do love the food though. Spicy chicken is great and not all chix places offer it. The red beans and rice beat any side any day of the week. Lastly, i signed up for the text program where you receive special offers each week. I tried to redeem two offers and they didnt have the product. It was the magnolia chicken and boneless chicken. Dont go here ever.

A horrible place of business. My order was missing food. The chicken and biscuits is the only thing good out the whole restaurant. Watery macaroni and cheese and just overall a nasty place of business. They dont deserve a star if u ask me. You will be better cooking your on sides. And they dont offer condiments. They need to improve on the cleanliness of the restaurant and their employees. And all employees that handle food should be wearing gloves. As well as rechecking the orders to make sure its okay before handling them out.

Went there at 11, they close at 11:30. We went to the drive thru & a lady took our order, which was the 8 piece dark chicken, spicey. She told us our total, & had us drive to the window. Sat there for 30 minutes then a lady comes to the window telling us theyre closed. We then told her, somebody took our orders, gave us our total & had us drive to the window. She looked at us like we were crazy & acted like she didnt know what we were talking about. Wasted our time, never going back.

Just seen your add for the 3$ a day meal. Can you invest in opening up one by Sterling Hts, closest one near this is Fraser. Plz have in mind that since you advertised this!! Their privately owned and you cant order the kind of chicken you want without paying extra! So I prefer all white and I ordered a four piece, theyll tell you no but you can get it mixed!! I didnt want it mixed, same for my girlfriend who prefers dark. I live in Roseville and its the only one close by so it sucks. We just dont really go there anymore because its always an issue.

In line for 20 mins just to order food and wait another 7 mins for the food. Theres no car ahead of us. Finally got our food and asked for some hot sauce, the lady went to the back and got some then when she came back we asked for some honey she says no honey? Lazy worker! She didnt want to go back to the back. Will never order from this place again.

Food was good but they forgot to put in one of my sides, although they didnt give me any trouble giving me my food later, it was an inconvenience to have to come back. Also they didnt offer any condiments. You would think after ordering a 16 piece meal, spending 40$, theyd automatically throw in some honey and hot sauce. But no, nothing at all.

Chicken Great. Coleslaw has changed dont care for it at all. Whats up with the Cajun gravy? Yuck. Biscuits not quite good.Cajun rice delicious! Was a big fan and excited to see it close to home.Had to drive to Utica&Groesbeck.Not too much of a fan anymore.

Gave two stars because the food is good. Service on the other hand is ridiculously slow. Been to this location 3 times now and each time it has been at least 15 minutes. Last visit was over 20. I will not be returning to this location .

Always a terrible experience when I buy from this location. Unfriendly staffers(mostly) order is wrong and food is never hot. Ive eaten here 3 times and all three times it was a hassle. If I want Popyes Ill drive to the city to get mine!

Went there today service was horrible. I had better service at McDonalds. My chicken was cold my biscuits was hard and the red beans and rice made us all sick as hell. Only good thing was the mashed potatoes. Horrible experience ever
