Despite Jared losing an amount equivalent to what my SUV weighs this place is not likely to be the sole reason for your weight loss. You still have to go to the gym, but the food choices they have are very healthy and coupled with a good exercise routine can help you in meeting your goals. My favorite is the tuna, but have had pretty much everything sub. I cannot speak for other items like salads or pizza but the subs are really good. This location has good customer service and is not usually incredibly busy when I have been there.
