I went to this WC last Sunday, February 3, 2013. No one was in the drive-thru line and they did not appear to have any customers on the inside, so I ordered 3 sliders in the drive thru. It took them nearly 10 minutes to give me that order, so I assumed that I would be getting fresh hot of the grill sliders because I know that it only takes 3 minutes on the average to cook them on the grill. I know this because I was a former employee at this WC some time ago. I bit into one and it was not tasty at all. I looked at it and so that was hard around the edges and looked old as if it has been reheated a few times. I examined the other two and it was the same thing. Although I was running a little late for church, I still backed up and requested a refund with that explanation of why. They dragged their feet on giving it to me but they finally did.

When I need White Castle, Ill drive out of my way to get to this specific location. The service is quick - especially if you order using the White Castle App - and the employees are friendly. If you havent tried their breakfast menu, I recommend doing so - the eggs are fresh, and youll find all the things you love about White Castle in a breakfast variety.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !!!!! Im a devoted W.C. fan and this location is by far the worst !! DO NOT GO HERE !! You will get poor service and lousy over cooked hard burgers. I gave this place 3 tries and the 3rd was worse than the first. Believe me Ive NEVER taken the time to write a review on food, but this had to be told.

My food was fresh and hot. However, I was disappointed after seeing an employee collect money and puting on gloves WITHOUT washing her hands. After touching money the employee is suppose to wash their hands so the gloves will not be contaminated with residue ( like fecal matter) from the money.

The wait is always ridiculously long, even if theres only one car ahead of me it still take a minimum of 10 minutes to get my food. But usually I sit there for 20 minutes. Id go here more often because I like white castle and its close, but its not worth waiting that long for cold food.

Dont go here anymore. Too long a wait even with a few cars. Plus either burgers cold or burnt. Believe staff turnover is the reason. Never know what you get. Used to be good sliders and service. Not worth the wait anymore. Think their expanded menu is too large also and a cause.

I get here at 615am today I pull up to the speaker no one says anything, I pull to window I see a black in there but I guess he behind or was late he ignores me its a white small suv outside, this sucks, I coudlve went somewhere else but this is close to my job wtf!!!!!!

Poor. Girl at Register had attitude. Wrong Lids for Drinks. Manager had to continuously correct Employees. Why almost 5 dollars for 2 Cheeseburgers and Medium drink. If Corporate reads this they need to visit this Store. They cant all be this bad.

Sometimes the service is slow, but they always check the order, and the food is always hot and fresh - its worth the wait! Image go there a couple times a month, and have never gotten "bad" service. The staff is always friendly.

The burgers are really greasy and might cause digestive issues, but for a once in a while visit they taste really good. I like the jalapeno burgers. The shakes are huge for the price you pay and are good quality.

Calling this "fast food" would be a severe misnomer. Currently 15 minutes deep waiting for my very normal, nonpicky order to be filled. If youre in a hurry, go elsewhere.
